Abstract
Proceso para la modulación del sabor en composiciones de sustancias nuevas que comprenden al menos un Edulcorante de Alta intensidad (HIS), que comprende agregar al menos dos compuestos azo, en una concentración total de 0,1 a 30 ppm ó 0,1 a 30 mg/l como moduladores del sabor, a una composición de sustancias nuevas que comprende al menos un HIS.
