Abstract
【解決手段】 サワーガス環境にある水素往復圧縮機の圧力変換器(10)は、自由端部に装着されたダイアフラム(22)を含むセンサヘッド(12)を含む。ダイアフラム(22)は、露出された側面に金めっきを有するニッケル系合金から製造されている。サワーガス環境にある水素往復圧縮機において流路圧力を監視する方法は、a)センサへッド(12)と、センサヘッドの自由端部と同一の高さになるように配置され、ニッケル系合金から製造されたダイアフラム(22)とを有する圧力変換器(10)を提供することと、b)ダイアフラムの一方の側面に貴金属めっきを塗布することと、c)めっきされた一方の側面をサワーガスにさらす状態で圧力変換器を往復圧縮機内に装着することとを含む。

Claims (10)
- 自由端部に装着されたダイアフラム(22)を含むセンサヘッド(12)を具備するサワーガス環境にある水素往復圧縮機の圧力変換器(10)において、
前記ダイアフラム(22)は露出された側面に貴金属めっきを有するニッケル系合金から製造されている圧力変換器。 - 前記ニッケル系合金はC‐276合金である請求項1記載の圧力変換器。
- 前記センサヘッドは、前記ニッケル系合金から製造されたねじ端部(20)及び一体六角ナット(26)を含む請求項1記載の圧力変換器。
- 前記ニッケル系合金はC‐276合金である請求項3記載の圧力変換器。
- 前記貴金属めっきは24K金めっきから形成されている請求項1記載の圧力変換器。
- 前記金めっきは約5〜8μの厚さに塗布されている請求項1記載の圧力変換器。
- 前記ダイアフラム(22)は約42μの厚さを有する請求項1記載の圧力変換器。
- 前記金めっきは約5〜8μの厚さに塗布されている請求項7記載の圧力変換器。
- 変換器ケーブル(16)により前記センサヘッドに接続されたハウジング(14)を更に具備する請求項1記載の圧力変換器。
- 自由端部に装着されたダイアフラム(22)を含むセンサヘッド(12)を具備するサワーガス環境にある水素往復圧縮機の圧力変換器(10)において、
前記ダイアフラム(22)は露出された側面に金めっきを有するニッケル系C‐276合金から製造されており、且つ
前記センサヘッド(12)は、同様に前記ニッケル系C‐276合金から製造されたねじ端部(20)及び一体六角ナット(26)を含む圧力変換器。
