Abstract
【解決手段】 回動体6に所定深さの環状溝部6bを形成し、環状溝部6bに装着するロータ17の内周に形成した第2の突条環部17fにて環状溝部6bの壁面6dをシールし、環状溝部6bの壁面6cをロータ17の外周に形成した第1の突条環部17cにてシールし、内部にグリス18を封止する。ロータ17と支持体2とを係合させ、回動体6を回動させると、ロータ17の回動が規制されているため、回動体6はグリス18の流動抵抗により制動されて緩やかに回動する。回動体6は、軸孔6aを挿通される支持軸によって支持される。

Description
ダンパ機構16の組み立ては、先ず、フック3の基部に一体形成した回動体6の環状溝部6bに、所定粘性を有するグリス18を適量装填する。次いで、この環状溝部6bに弾性を有するロータ17を装着する。ロータ17の外周は環状溝部6bの大径側壁面6cの径よりもやや小さく、内周が環状溝部6bの小径側壁面6dの径よりもやや大きく形成されているため、これらの隙間にグリス18が浸透する。

Claims (6)
- 支持体に対して開閉可能に軸支された回動体の回動に制動を加える開閉制動装置において、
上記支持体と上記回動体の一方に係合部を設け、他方の回転中心と同軸上に有底環状溝部を設け、
上記有底環状溝部に略円筒状のロータを嵌合し、
上記ロータの端面に上記係合部に係止する係止部を設け、
上記ロータと上記有底環状溝との間に粘性部材を介装したことを特徴とする開閉制動装置。 - 上記ロータの外周面と内周面とに第1の弾性環と第2の弾性環とを各々設け、
上記各弾性環に上記有底環状溝部の壁面に各々当接して上記粘性部材を封入する第1の弾性突条環と第2の弾性突条環とを各々設けたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の開閉制動装置。 - 上記第1の弾性環を上記第2の弾性環よりも上記有底環状溝部の底面側に配設したことを特徴とする請求項2記載の開閉制動装置。
- 上記ロータの、上記有底環状溝部の底面側の端面と、上記第1の弾性環及び/又は上記第2の弾性環との間に空気逃げ溝を備えたことを特徴とする請求項2又は3記載の開閉制動装置。
- 上記第1の弾性環と上記第2弾性環とを上記有底環状溝部の底面から略等距離に設け、
上記空気逃げ溝を上記有底環状溝部の底面側の端面から上記第1の弾性環及び上記第2弾性環の少なくとも一方に至るまで連続して形成したことを特徴とする請求項2又は3記載の開閉制動装置。 - 上記係合部を平行に突出した2つの突条部で構成し、上記係止部を該両突条部間に係合する突起形状としたことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の開閉制動装置。
