Abstract
【解決手段】 ロータ5の外周に揺動可能に配置したカムリング7の両側をリヤカバー4とサイドプレート10によって摺動可能に閉塞する。カムリング7の揺動方向の一方に第1作動室12を設け、他方に第2作動室13を設ける。第1作動室12には、吐出通路20内のオリフィス21の前後差圧に応じた圧を導入し、第2作動室13にはカムリング7を第1作動室12方向に付勢する付勢スプリング15を収容すると共に、常時吸入通路18の低圧を導入する。このような可変容量形ポンプにおいて、サイドプレート10のカムリング7側の端面に接続溝35と終端部溝36を形成し、これらの溝35,36によって吸入ポート22と第2作動室13を連通する。

Claims (5)
- 複数のベーンが放射方向に出没自在に取り付けられ、駆動軸によって回転駆動されるロータと、
このロータの周域に同ロータに対して揺動可能に配置されたカムリングと、
このカムリングの両側に同カムリングに対して摺接可能に配置された一対の閉塞部材と、
前記カムリングの揺動方向の一方に設けられた第1作動室と、
前記カムリングの揺動方向の他方に設けられた第2作動室と、
この第2作動室側に設けられて前記カムリングを第1作動室側に付勢する付勢スプリングと、
前記カムリング内の吸入領域に作動液を導入する吸入通路と、
前記カムリング内の吐出領域から作動液を外部に送給する吐出通路と、
この吐出通路の途中に介装されたオリフィスと、
このオリフィスの前後の差圧に応動して前記第1作動室に導入する作動液の圧力を制御する制御バルブと、を備え、
前記カムリング内の吸入領域では、少なくとも一方の閉塞部材のカムリング側端面に開口形成された吸入ポートを通して作動液の吸入を行い、前記第2作動室は通常作動時に吸入通路に常時接続されるようにした可変容量形ポンプにおいて、
少なくとも一方の閉塞部材に、前記吸入ポートと第2作動室とを連通する連通路をカムリング側の端面に略沿って形成したことを特徴とする可変容量形ポンプ。 - 前記連通路を、閉塞部材のカムリング側の端面に形成した溝によって構成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可変容量形ポンプ。
- 前記連通路を、ロータに対する偏心量が縮小される方向のカムリングの揺動端の近傍において第2作動室に開口する終端部溝と、前記吸入ポートとこの終端部溝をカムリングの揺動方向に略沿って連通する接続溝と、によって構成したことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の可変容量形ポンプ。
- カムリングが通常作動の範囲で偏心量を縮小させる方向に最大に揺動したときに、前記連通路を構成する溝が第2作動室に開口しているようにしたことを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の可変容量形ポンプ。
- カムリングが通常作動の範囲を越えて揺動したときに連通路が第2作動室に対して遮断されるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の可変容量形ポンプ。
