Abstract
【解決手段】 制御バルブは、メータリングオリフィスの上流側の高圧を導入する高圧室33と、下流側の圧力を導入する圧力室と、前記高圧室と圧力室との間に形成されて低圧を導入する低圧室36と、高圧室あるいは低圧室と前記一方の流体圧室とを連通する連通路38とを備えている。制御バルブのスプール弁31の弁体42の外周面に、高圧室と低圧室を連通路内で連通させる微小な第1、第2切欠溝43,44を形成して、スプール弁が摺動して高圧室と低圧室とを選択的に切り換える際に、各切欠溝を介して両圧力室の圧力流体を連通路に導入して第1流体圧室での急激な圧力上昇を抑制した。

Claims (6)
- ポンプハウジングの内部に揺動自在に支持されたカムリングと、
該カムリングの揺動方向の一方に設けられた第1流体圧室と、
前記カムリングの揺動方向の他方に設けられた第2流体圧室と、
該第2流体圧室に設けられて、前記カムリングを第1流体圧室側に付勢する付勢手段と、
前記カムリング内に該カムリングに対して偏心して配置され、外周側に複数のベーンを放射方向へ出没自在に保持したロータと、
吐出ポートから吐出される圧力流体を油圧機器に供給する吐出通路に設けられたメータリングオリフィスの上流側と下流側との圧力差によって作動する制御バルブとを備え、
該制御バルブのバルブ孔内に摺動自在に設けられたスプール弁の摺動位置に応じて前記流体圧室の少なくとも一方の流体圧を制御して前記カムリングを揺動させることにより前記吐出通路から油圧機器に供給される圧力流体の流量を可変制御する可変容量形ポンプであって、
前記制御バルブは、前記メータリングオリフィスの上流側の高圧を導入する高圧室と、メータリングオリフィスの下流側の圧力を導入する圧力室と、前記高圧室と圧力室との間に形成されて低圧を導入する低圧室と、前記高圧室あるいは低圧室と前記第1流体圧室とを連通する連通路とを備え、
前記スプール弁の弁体が前記高圧室と低圧室とを選択的に切り換えて前記連通路に圧力流体を供給する際に、前記低圧室と高圧室とを前記連通路内で僅かに連通させる連通手段を設けたことを特徴とする可変容量形ポンプ。 - 前記連通手段を、前記弁体の外周面の前記高圧室側あるいは低圧室側のいずれか一方に形成されて、前記スプール弁の切り換え摺動中に前記両圧力室を連通させる微小な切欠溝によって構成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可変容量形ポンプ。
- 前記切欠溝を、高圧室側と低圧室側の両方に形成すると共に、該両切欠溝の間に、ランド部を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の可変容量形ポンプ。
- 前記切欠溝を、低圧室側のみに形成したことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の可変容量形ポンプ。
- 前記切欠溝を、高圧室側あるいは低圧室側が低位となるテーパ状に形成したことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の可変容量形ポンプ。
- 切欠溝を、階段状に形成したことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の可変容量形ポンプ。
