Claims (6)
- 반경방향으로 신축가능하도록 장착된 복수의 베인을 포함하며 구동 샤프트에 의해 회전되는 회전자와,상기 회전자에 대해 스윙가능하도록 회전자의 주연부 상에 정렬된 캠 링과,상기 캠 링과 활주 접촉을 이루며 상기 캠 링의 양측부에 정렬되며 그 중 적어도 하나는 캠 링의 측부 상에 흡입 포트가 형성되는 단부면을 가지는 한 쌍의 폐쇄 부재와,상기 캠 링과 펌프 하우징 사이에 형성된 챔버에 정렬되어 챔버를 제1 및 제2 작동 챔버를 한정하는 2개 부분으로 분할하는 시일 부재와,상기 제2 작동 챔버에 정렬되어 상기 캠 링, 회전자 및 베인 사이에서 한정된 펌프 챔버의 체적을 증가시키는 방향으로 캠 링을 제1 작동 챔버로 편의하는 스프링과,상기 흡입 포트를 통해 작동 유체를 흡입하도록 기능하는, 상기 캠 링 내의 흡입 영역 내로 작동 유체를 도입하며 펌프 작동 중에 제2 작동 유체 챔버와 항상 유체 연통중인 흡입 통로와,캠 링 내의 방출 영역에서 외부로 작동 유체를 공급하기 위한 방출 통로와,대체로 그 단부면을 따라 적어도 하나의 폐쇄 부재에 형성되어 상기 흡입 포트와 제2 작동 챔버 사이에 유체 연통을 제공하는 연통 통로와,상기 방출 통로에 제공된 오리피스와,상기 오리피스의 상류측 및 하류측 사이의 압력차에 의해 작동되어 상기 제1 작동 챔버 내로 도입되는 작동 유체의 압력을 제어하는 제어 밸브를 포함하는 가변 변위 펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연통 통로는 적어도 하나의 폐쇄 부재의 단부면에 형성된 홈을 포함하는 가변 변위 펌프.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 홈은 상기 캠 링이 상기 회전자에 대해 편심량이 감소되는 방향으로 캠 링의 스윙 단부 부근에서 제2 작동 챔버에 개방되는 말단 홈 부분과 대체로 상기 캠 링의 진동 방향을 따라 말단 홈 부분과 흡입 포트 사이의 유체 연통을 제공하는 연결 홈 부분을 포함하는 가변 변위 펌프.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 연통 통로는 상기 캠 링이 회전자에 대해 편심량이 감소되는 방향으로 작동 범위 내에서 상기 캠 링이 최대한 스윙할 때 제2 작동 챔버에 개방되도록 구성되는 가변 변위 펌프.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 연통 통로는 상기 캠 링이 상기 작동 범위 내에서 스윙할 때 상기 제2 작동 챔버로부터 고립되는 가변 변위 펌프.
- 반경방향으로 신축가능하도록 장착된 복수의 베인을 포함하며 구동 샤프트에 의해 회전되는 회전자와; 상기 회전자에 대해 스윙가능하도록 회전자의 주연부 상에 정렬된 캠 링과; 상기 캠 링과 펌프 하우징 사이에 형성된 챔버에 정렬되어 챔버를 제1 및 제2 작동 챔버를 한정하는 2개 부분으로 분할하는 시일 부재와; 상기 제2 작동 챔버에 정렬되어 상기 캠 링, 회전자 및 베인 사이에서 한정된 펌프 챔버의 체적을 증가시키는 방향으로 캠 링을 제1 작동 챔버로 편의하는 스프링과, 상기 캠 링 내의 흡입 영역 내로 작동 유체를 도입하는 흡입 통로와, 캠 링 내의 방출 영역에서 외부로 작동 유체를 공급하기 위한 방출 통로와, 상기 방출 통로에 제공된 오리피스와, 상기 오리피스의 상류측 및 하류측 사이의 압력차에 의해 작동되어 상기 제1 작동 챔버 내로 도입되는 작동 유체의 압력을 제어하는 제어 밸브를 포함하며; 상기 흡입 통로와 제2 작동 챔버는 펌프 작동 중에 항상 유체 연통 상태인, 가변 변위 펌프이며,상기 캠 링과 활주 접촉을 이루며 상기 캠 링의 양측부에 정렬되는 한 쌍의 폐쇄 부재와,대체로 그 단부면을 따라 적어도 하나의 폐쇄 부재에 형성된 연통 통로를 포함하고,적어도 하나의 폐쇄 부재는 상기 캠 링의 측부 상에 단부면을 가지고, 그 단부면에는 상기 흡입 영역이 작동 유체를 흡입하는 흡입 포트가 형성되며, 상기 연통 통로는 상기 흡입 포트와 제2 작동 챔버 사이에 유체 연통을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 변위 펌프.
