Claims (3)
- 駆動軸に連結されたロータと、
前記ロータに対して径方向に往復動可能に設けられる複数のベーンと、
前記ロータの回転に伴って前記ベーンの先端が摺動する内周面を有するカムリングと、
前記ロータと前記カムリングと一対の隣り合う前記ベーンとによって区画されるポンプ室と、
前記ポンプ室へ作動流体を導く吸込通路と、
前記カムリングの外側の外周収容空間内に区画され、互いの圧力差によって前記ロータに対して前記カムリングを偏心させる第一流体圧室及び第二流体圧室と、
前記ポンプ室から吐出される作動流体を導く吐出通路と、
前記吐出通路に設けられ前記ポンプ室から吐出される作動流体の流れに抵抗を付与する制御絞りと、
前記ポンプ室から吐出される作動流体の流量を制御する流量制御弁と、
前記第一流体圧室と前記第二流体圧室との圧力差を制御することによって前記ロータに対する前記カムリングの偏心量を制御する可変制御弁と、
前記制御絞りの上流側において前記吐出通路に連通し、前記流量制御弁に接続される第1制御通路と、
前記制御絞りの下流側において前記吐出通路に連通し、前記流量制御弁に接続される第2制御通路と、
それぞれ前記制御絞りの下流側において前記吐出通路に連通し、前記可変制御弁に接続される第3制御通路及び第4制御通路と、
前記流量制御弁に接続され前記ポンプ室から吐出される作動流体の一部を前記吸込通路に環流させるリターン通路と、を備え、
前記流量制御弁は、前記第1制御通路及び前記第2制御通路を通じて導かれる前記制御絞りの前後差圧に応じて作動するように構成され、
前記可変制御弁は、前記制御絞りを通過して前記第3制御通路及び前記第4制御通路を通じて導かれる作動流体によって作動するように構成されることを特徴とする可変容量型ベーンポンプ。 - 前記制御絞りの下流側において前記吐出通路に設けられ、前記制御絞りを通過した作動流体の流れに付与する抵抗を変更可能な可変絞りをさらに備え、
前記第3制御通路は、前記可変絞りの上流側において前記吐出通路に連通し、
前記第4制御通路は、前記可変絞りの下流側において前記吐出通路に連通し、
前記可変制御弁は、前記第3制御通路及び前記第4制御通路を通じて導かれる前記可変絞りの前後差圧に応じて作動することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可変容量型ベーンポンプ。 - 前記流量制御弁は、前記制御絞りの通過流量がクラッキング流量に達すると作動し、
前記可変制御弁は、前記可変絞りの通過流量が可変制御設定流量に達すると作動し、
前記クラッキング流量は、前記流量制御弁を作動させる前後差圧を前記制御絞りに発生させる通過流量であり、
前記可変制御設定流量は、前記可変制御弁を作動させる前後差圧を前記可変絞りに発生させる通過流量であり、
前記可変絞りは、前記可変制御設定流量が前記クラッキング流量よりも多くなるように開口面積が設定されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の可変容量型ベーンポンプ。
