Claims (5)
- ダイを通過する押出し成形可能な組成物であって、
A)溶融加工可能な非フッ素化ポリマーと、
B)前記押出し成形可能な組成物の総重量を基準にして、25重量ppmから2000重量ppmのフルオロポリマーであり、前記ダイの直前の点で測定される場合、2ミクロンより大きく10ミクロン未満の重量平均粒径を有するフルオロポリマーと
を含み、かつ実質的に界面剤を含まないことを特徴とする組成物。 - ダイを通過する押出し形成可能な組成物であって、
A)溶融加工可能な非フッ素化ポリマーと、
B)前記押出し形成可能な組成物の総重量を基準にして、25重量ppmから2000重量ppmのフルオロポリマーであり、前記ダイの直前の点で測定される場合、2ミクロンより大きく10ミクロン未満の重量平均粒径を有するフルオロポリマーと、
C)前記ダイの直前の点で測定される場合、2ミクロンより大きく10ミクロン未満であるフルオロポリマーの重量平均粒径を達成するのに少なくとも有効な量の界面剤であるが、界面剤とフルオロポリマーとの重量比が5:1以下である界面剤と
を含むことを特徴とする組成物。 - A)溶融加工可能な非フッ素化ポリマーと、
B)i)ASTM D1646に従い、121℃、大型ローター、ML1+10分の条件で測定される時、60から80のムーニー粘度を有するフルオロエラストマー、およびii)ASTM D1238に従い、265℃、荷重5kgで測定される時、0.5dg/分から3.0dg/分の間のメルトインデックスを有する半結晶性フルオロポリマーからなる群から選択されるフルオロポリマーを、マスターバッチの総重量を基準にして1重量%から50重量%と、
C)加工性を改善するのに少なくとも有効な量であるが、界面剤とフルオロポリマーとの重量比が5:1以下であり、界面剤がポリ(オキシアルキレン)ポリマーである場合、ポリ(オキシアルキレン)ポリマーとフルオロポリマーとの比が1:1未満で存在することを条件とする界面剤と
を含むことを特徴とする加工助剤マスターバッチ組成物。 - A)ASTM D1646に従い、121℃、大型ローター、ML1+10分の条件で測定される時、60から80のムーニー粘度を有するフルオロエラストマーと、
B)界面剤とフルオロエラストマーとの重量比が5:1以下の量の界面剤と
を含むことを特徴とする加工助剤組成物。 - a)フルオロポリマーと、b)ポリカプロラクトンとを含み、最大5:1までのポリカプロラクトンとフルオロポリマーとの重量比を有することを特徴とする加工助剤組成物。
