Abstract
【解決手段】 NBRポリマと有機過酸化物及び発泡剤を用い、NBRポリマ100重量部に対して、合成ケイ酸類を1重量部から100重量部添加し、HA加熱にUHF加熱を併用することでコンパウンド全体を加熱して加硫発泡させ、均質な気泡状態の厚物スポンジを作成し、次いで通しロールを通し、得た原反を切り取って化粧用塗布具とする。

Claims (4)
- NBRポリマと有機過酸化物及び発泡剤を用い、NBRポリマ100重量部に対して、補強性充填材として合成ケイ酸類を1重量部から100重量部添加し、HA加熱にUHF加熱を併用することでコンパウンド全体を加熱して加硫発泡させ、均質な気泡状態の厚物スポンジを作成し、次いで通しロールを通し、得た原反を切り取ることにより得られることを特徴とする、化粧用塗布具。
- NBRポリマと有機過酸化物及び発泡剤を用い、NBRポリマ100重量部に対して、充填材として角柱状の粒形を持つ軽質炭酸カルシウムを10重量部から200重量部添加し、HA加熱にUHF加熱を併用することでコンパウンド全体を加熱して加硫発泡させ、均質な気泡状態の厚物スポンジを作成し、次いで通しロールを通し、得た原反を切り取ることにより得られることを特徴とする、化粧用塗布具。
- NBRポリマと有機過酸化物及び発泡剤を用い、NBRポリマ100重量部に対して、補強性充填材として合成ケイ酸類を1重量部から100重量部添加し、かつ、充填材として角柱状の粒形を持つ軽質炭酸カルシウムを10重量部から200重量部添加し、HA加熱にUHF加熱を併用することでコンパウンド全体を加熱して加硫発泡させ、均質な気泡状態の厚物スポンジを作成し、次いで通しロールを通し、得た原反を切り取ることにより得られることを特徴とする、化粧用塗布具。
- 化粧用塗布具が化粧用スポンジパフであることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の化粧用塗布具。
