Abstract
【解決手段】酸素原子,窒素原子,または硫黄原子などを有する官能基であるところの極性基を持つポリマーと有機発泡剤ならびに硫黄又は/及び有機過酸化物を主原料とするゴム組成物を一体に,連続押出機4によって,所定形状に押出成形し、加熱加硫炉5によって,マイクロ波照射により加熱し、加硫又は架橋することにより塗布具基材を形成し、この塗布具基材を,裁断又は打ち抜き機6によって,所定形状に打ち抜き又は/及び裁断した化粧用塗布具である。

実施例1で得られた発泡品に対し、2本のロール間隔を10mmに設定し、スポンジを通しながら徐々にロール間隔をせばめていき、スポンジが圧砕される寸前と判断した時点で通しロールを終了した。
上記により、独立した気泡の一部を破壊した後の吸水率は83%であった。

Claims (6)
- ゴム組成物を所定形状に押出成形し、これを加熱し、加硫又は架橋することにより塗布具基材を形成し、所定形状に打ち抜き又は/及び裁断してなる化粧用塗布具。
- 少なくとも2層のゴム組成物を一体に押出し成形してなる請求項1に記載の化粧用塗布具。
- ゴム組成物が極性基を持つポリマーを主原料とする組成物であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の化粧用塗布具。
- 極性基を持つポリマーがNBRであり、かつNBRポリマーに含まれるアクリロニトリル量が30%以下であることを特徴とする請求項3記載の化粧用塗布具。
- ゴム組成物を所定形状に押出成形し、マイクロ波照射により加熱することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の化粧用塗布具。
- 化粧用塗布具が化粧用スポンジパフであることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の化粧用塗布具。
