【請求項2】 遷移金属硫化物が硫化鉄、硫化モリブデンまたは硫化チタンである、請求項1に記載の方法。
【請求項3】 遷移金属硫化物が硫化鉄である、請求項2に記載の方法。
【請求項4】 さらに製品からのイオウの回収工程を含んでなる請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の方法。
【請求項5】 イオウを溶媒に溶解させることにより回収する請求項4に記載の方法。
【請求項6】 イオウを蒸発させることにより回収する請求項4に記載の方法。
【請求項7】 硫化物を製造するための化学反応における溶媒としての溶融イオウの使用であって、前記硫化物がリチウム遷移金属硫化物である、使用。
