ポリエチレンオキシド(PEO)、セルロース、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ポリアクリロニトリル−メチルメタクリレート、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、スチレン−ブタジエンコポリマー、テトラフルオロエチレン−ヘキサフルオロエチレンコポリマー、ポリビニリデンジフルオリド−ヘキサフルオロプロピレンコポリマー(PVdF−HFP)、テトラフルオロエチレン−ヘキサフルオロプロピレンコポリマー、テトラフルオロエチレン、ペルフルオロアルキル−ビニルエーテルコポリマー、フッ化ビニリデン−ヘキサフルオロプロピレンコポリマー、エチレン−テトラフルオロエチレンコポリマー、ビニリデンフルオリド−クロロトリフルオロエチレンコポリマー、エチレン−クロロフルオロエチレンコポリマー、エチレン−アクリル酸コポリマー(ナトリウムイオンを含有するものおよび含有しないもの)、エチレン−メタクリル酸コポリマー(ナトリウムイオンを含有するものおよび含有しないもの)、エチレン−メタクリル酸エステルコポリマー(ナトリウムイオンを含有するものおよび含有しないもの)、ポリイミドおよびポリイソブテン。
a)Li1.1V3O8の製造
加熱可能な二重ジャケットを備えた10lのガラス攪拌容器中で、蒸留水7.0lを90℃に加熱した。装入された90℃の熱湯に撹拌下で順次メタバナジン酸アンモニウムNH4VO3351.26g(純度99.9質量%、3モルに相当、GfE GmbH社(Nuernberg 90431在)製)および水酸化リチウムLiOH・H2O 47.47g(LiOH55.5質量%の含有率を有する、1.1モルに相当、Chemetall GmbH社(Frankfurt a.M. 60487在)製)を溶解して清澄な黄色の溶液が得られた。該溶液を温度90℃で15時間攪拌した(pH=8.0)。噴霧乾燥器(Mobile Minor(登録商標)2000、MMタイプ、Niro A/S社製、Soborg 2860、デンマーク在)中で空気を用いて噴霧乾燥した(入口温度=330℃、出口温度=107℃)。
a)で製造したLi1.1V3O8 14.42gおよびLi2S(純度98%、Aldrich)2.75gを、めのう乳鉢中で均質に混合し、かつ連続的に回転する(70回転/分)250mlの石英ガラスフラスコ中に移した。該フラスコを0.17ミリバールの圧力になるまで排気し、かつNabertherm炉中、動真空下に20分で200℃に加熱した。この温度を8時間にわたって維持した。炉から飛び出しているフラスコの冷たい部分に反応の間に黄色のスケールが堆積した。引き続き該生成物を石英ボールを回転させながら室温に冷却した。
Claims (3)
- リチウム含有率の高い金属酸化物の製造方法において、リチウム含有率の低い金属酸化物と硫化リチウムとからなる混合物を固相で熱処理し、かつ、元素の硫黄を昇華させ、その際、前記リチウム含有率の低い金属酸化物として、一般式Li 1+x V 3 O 8 (式中、xは、0.1〜0.29)により記載される組成を有するリチウム・バナジウム酸化物を使用することを特徴とする、前記方法。
- リチウム含有率の低い金属酸化物において、リチウム原子対金属酸化物の金属原子のモル比が最大で1:2.30であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 熱処理を100〜300℃の範囲の温度で0.5〜48時間の時間にわたって行うことを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の方法。
