Claims (6)

  1. 配線基板に発光部品を実装した発光モジュールにおいて、
    前記発光部品は、発光素子が実装されたリードフレームと導通した実装側外部電極と、該発光素子とボンディングワイヤで電気的に接続されたリードフレームと導通した非実装側外部電極を持ち、
    前記配線基板に形成されている配線部分のうち、前記実装側外部電極に接続されている配線部分の放熱性を、前記非実装側外部電極に接続されている配線部分の放熱性よりも高くした
    ことを特徴とする発光モジュール。
  2. 前記実装側外部電極に接続されている配線部分の面積を、前記非実装側外部電極に接続されている配線部分の面積よりも大きくしたことを特徴とする、請求項１に記載の発光モジュール。
  3. 前記実装側外部電極に接続されている配線部分の体積を、前記非実装側外部電極に接続されている配線部分の体積よりも大きくしたことを特徴とする、請求項１に記載の発光モジュール。
  4. 前記実装側外部電極に接続されている配線部分の熱伝導率を、前記非実装側外部電極に接続されている配線部分の熱伝導率よりも大きくしたことを特徴とする、請求項１に記載の発光モジュール。
  5. 前記実装側外部電極に接続されている配線部分に放熱板を設けたことを特徴とする、請求項１に記載の発光モジュール。
  6. 前記配線基板を絶縁層と熱伝導層との多層構造とし、前記実装側外部電極を前記熱伝導層に導通させたことを特徴とする、請求項１に記載の発光モジュール。
