Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.エチレン及び少なくとも5つの炭素原子を有する少なくとも1つのαオレフ ィンのポリマーであって、ポリマーは、0.1乃至15の、明細書に定義され たメルト・インデックス(MI)、少なくとも70%の本明細書に定義された 組成分布幅指数(CDBI)、0.910乃至0.938g/ミルの密度、20 %未満の、本明細書に定義された曇り値、35乃至80の、本明細書に定義さ れたメルト・インデックス比(MIR)、20,000乃至60,000psi (ポンド/平方インチ)(13790乃至41369N/cm2)の、本明細 書に定義された平均モジュラス(M)、及び、以下の式 を満たす、Mと落槍衝撃強さ(g/ミル)(DIS)の関係を有する、ポリマ ー。 2.平均モジュラスと落槍衝撃強さ(DIS)の関係が、以下の式、 を満たす、請求項1記載のポリマー。 3.密度が0.915乃至0.927g/mlであり、MIが、0.3乃至10で あり、CDBIが少なくとも75%である、請求項1又は2記載のポリマー。 4.DISが120乃至1000g/ミルである、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1 請求項記載のポリマー。 5.明細書中に定義された抽出性のレベルが、2.6重量%未満である、請求項 1乃至4のいずれか1請求項記載のポリマー。 6.請求項1乃至5のいずれか1請求項記載のポリマーの少なくとも1つの層を 含む、フィルム。 7.層が、0.5乃至7ミルの厚さを有し、好ましくは単層である、請求項6記 載 のフイルム。 8.請求項1乃至4のいずれか1請求項記載のポリエチレンを重合する方法であ って、 モノマーと不活性物を含む供給気体流れを連続的に循環させ、ポリマー粒子の 床を流動及び攪拌させ、メタロセン触媒を床に添加し、ポリマー粒子を除去 し、 触媒は、共通の又は別の多孔性担体上の、少なくとも1つの架橋されたビスシ クロペンタジエニル遷移金属及びアルモキサン活性化剤を含み、 供給気体は、実質的にルイス酸スカベンジャーを含まず、ルイス酸スカベンジ ャーは、好ましくは、供給気体の100ppm未満の量で存在し、 床の温度は、示差走査熱量計(DSC)により決定されたポリマーの融点未満 で20℃以下の温度であり、エチレン分圧は、75ポンド/平方インチ(絶対 圧力)(517kPaa)を越えず、 除去されたポリマー粒子は、500重量ppm未満の遷移金属の灰分含量を有 し、MIは10未満であり、MIRは少なくとも40であり、ポリマーは実質 的に検出可能な鎖末端不飽和を有さない、 ことを含む、方法。 9.触媒が、共有結合を経て結合されていない、一対のπ結合されたリガンドを 有するメタロセンを、実質的に含まない、請求項8記載の方法。 10.少なくとも2つの環状縮合環を有する構造を少なくとも1つ有する、一対の π結合されたリガンドを含む、実質的に1つのメタロセン種を使用する、請求 項8又は9記載の方法。 11.遷移金属原子にπ結合している2つの多核リガンドを結合している1つの原 子ケイ素架橋を含む、実質的に一種のメタロセン種を使用する、請求項8乃至 10のいずれか1請求項記載の方法。
