Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.湿気存在下において予め定められた耐燃性と電気絶縁抵抗性とを有する 電気ケーブルであって、金属導線と、二重層からなる少なくとも一つのポリマー 被膜とを含み、この被膜の外側層は主としてケーブルに前記耐燃性を付与するよ うに構成され、かつ内側層はケーブルに湿気存在下において前記絶縁抵抗性を付 与するように構成されて、前記ケーブルの総合的耐燃性に実質的に寄与する上記 ケーブル。 2.前記予め定められた耐燃性が,規格ASTM D2863に準拠して定 義された試験に前記ケーブルが合格するような耐燃性であり、湿気存在下での絶 縁抵抗性が規格CEI 20−22とUL 44に準拠して定義された試験に前 記ケーブルが合格するような絶縁抵抗性である、請求項1記載のケーブル。 3.前記被膜の内側層が、ポリマーマトリックスと、このマトリックス中に 分散した無機充填材と、例えば湿気の存在下で所望の絶縁抵抗性を与えるように 、予め定められた量のカップリング剤とを含み、外側層がベースポリマーマトリ ックスと、例えばケーブルに所望の耐燃性を付与するような量でこのマトリック ス中に分散した無機充填材とを含む、請求項1記載のケーブル。 4.カップリング剤の該予め定められた量がベースポリマー量の1重量%〜 20重量%の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項3記載のケーブル。 5.カップリング剤の該予め定められた量がベースポリマー量の1重量%〜 10重量%の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項3記載のケーブル。 6.カップリング剤の該予め定められた量がベースポリマー量の2重量%〜 6重量%の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項3記載のケーブル。 7.前記カップリング剤がオルガノシラン、又は少なくとも一つの不飽和と 、少なくとも一つのカルボキシル基とをポリマー鎖中に含有するポリオレフィン 化合物であることを特徴とする、請求項3〜6のいずれかに記載のケーブル。 8.前記オルガノシランが、g−メタアクリルオキシプロピルトリメトキシ シラン、メチルトリエトキシシラン、メチルトリス(2−メトキシエトキシ)シ ラン、ジメチルジエトキシシラン、ビニルトリス(2−メトキシエトキシ)シラ ン、ビニルトリメトキシシラン、ビニルトリエトキシシラン、オクチルトリエト キシシラン、イソブチルトリエトキシシラン及びイソブチルトリメトキシシラン 、及びこれらの混合物から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項7記載のケーブ ル。 9.前記ポリオレフィン化合物がカルボキシル化ポリ不飽和ポリオレフィン であり、該カルボキシル化ポリ不飽和ポリオレフィンのポリオレフィン部分が1 0〜1000の重合数を有するポリ(C4−C16)アルキレンであり、カルボキ シル化部分が前記ポリ(C4−C16)アルキレンと、不飽和のカルボン酸又はジ カルボン酸無水物との反応に由来することを特徴とする、請求項7記載のケーブ ル。 10.前記カルボキシル化ポリ不飽和ポリオレフィンが無水マレイン酸によ って処理されたポリブタジエンであることを特徴とする、請求項7記載のケーブ ル。 11.ポリオレフィン化合物中の不飽和数のカルボキシル基数に対する比率 が1:10から1:100までの範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項9又は1 0に記載のケーブル。 12.無機充填材が金属酸化物又は水酸化物であることを特徴とする、請求 項3記載のケーブル。 13.前記金属水酸化物がマグネシウム又はアルミニウムの水酸化物である ことを特徴とする、請求項12記載のケーブル。 14.ケーブルのポリマー被膜の内側層において、鉱物性充填材の主化合物 がアルミニウムの酸化物又は水酸化物であることを特徴とする、請求項13記載 のケーブル。 15.ケーブルのポリマー被膜の外側層において、鉱物性充填材の主化合物 がマグネシウムの酸化物又は水酸化物であることを特徴とする、請求項13記載 のケーブル。 16.ケーブルのポリマー被膜の内側層において、鉱物性充填材の主化合物 がアルミニウムの酸化物又は水酸化物であり、ケーブルのポリマー被膜の外側層 において、鉱物性充填材の主化合物がマグネシウムの酸化物又は水酸化物である ことを特徴とする、請求項13記載のケーブル。 17.内側層中の無機充填材量が内側層のポリマー組成物の総重量の10% 〜80%の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項12〜16のいずれかに記載の ケーブル。 18.外側層中の無機充填材の量が外側層のポリマー組成物の総重量の20 %〜90%の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項12〜16のいずれかに記載 のケーブル。 19.内側層中の無機充填材の重量による量が20重量%〜60重量%の範 囲であることを特徴とする、請求項17記載のケーブル。 20.外側層中の無機充填材の量が30重量%〜75重量%の範囲であるこ とを特徴とする、請求項18記載のケーブル。 21.ポリオレフィン化合物中に含有されるカルボキシル基の、無機充填材 のヒドロキシル基に対する比率が1:100から1:2000までの範囲である ことを特徴とする、請求項12〜20のいずれかに記載のケーブル。 22.被膜の内側層が剥離剤をも含有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜2 1のいずれかに記載のケーブル。 23.剥離剤が飽和もしくは不飽和脂肪酸、又は金属塩形のその誘導体であ ることを特徴とする、請求項22記載のケーブル。 24.前記剥離剤が内側層のポリマー組成物中のベースポリマー重量の0. 01%〜1%の範囲である量で存在することを特徴とする、請求項22又は23 に記載のケーブル。 25.被膜の外側層が、ベースポリマーと無機充填材を相容化することがで きるカップリング剤の予め定められた量をも含有し、この予め定められた量が内 側層の量よりも少ないことを特徴とする、請求項1〜24のいずれかに記載のケ ーブル。 26.前記カップリング剤がオルガノシラン、又は少なくとも一つの不飽和 と、少なくとも一つのカルボキシル基とをポリマー鎖中に含有するポリオレフィ ン化合物であることを特徴とする、請求項25記載のケーブル。 27.前記オルガノシランが、g−メタアクリルオキシプロピルトリメトキ シシラン、メチルトリエトキシシラン、メチルトリス(2−メトキシエトキシ) シラン、ジメチルジエトキシシラン、ビニルトリス(2−メトキシエトキシ)シ ラン、ビニルトリメトキシシラン、ビニルトリエトキシシラン、オクチルトリエ トキシシラン、イソブチルトリエトキシシラン及びイソブチルトリメトキシシラ ン、及びこれらの混合物から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項26記載のケ ーブル。 28.前記カップリング剤の量が外側層のポリマー組成物中のベースポリマ ー重量の0.1%〜2%の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項26又は27に 記載のケーブル。 29.被膜の内側層がオルガノシランをも、外側層のポリマー組成物中のベ ースポリマー重量の0.05%〜1.5%の量で含有することを特徴とする、請 求項1〜28のいずれかに記載のケーブル。 30.内側層の重量が被膜の全厚さの1/4〜3/4であることを特徴とす る、請求項1〜29のいずれかに記載のケーブル。 31.絶縁性ポリマー被膜で被覆された電気ケーブルに耐燃性と、湿気に暴 露した後の電気絶縁抵抗性とを与える方法であって、前記被膜の外側部分の耐燃 性の程度を調節し,前記被膜の内側部分の湿気存在下における耐燃性と絶縁抵抗 との両方の程度を調節することを含む上記方法。 32.耐燃性の程度の調節が無機充填材の予め定められた量の添加を含み、 湿気存在下における絶縁抵抗の程度の調節がカップリング剤の予め定められた量 の添加を含むことを特徴とする,請求項31記載の方法。 33.ケーブル被膜の電気絶縁性を湿気への暴露後に定常に維持しながら、 電気導線からの被膜の剥離可能性を調節する方法であって、前記被膜層を形成す るポリマー組成物に、ポリマー鎖中に少なくとも一つの不飽和と少なくとも一つ のカルボキシ基とを含有するポリオレフィン化合物の予め定められた量を加える ことを含む上記方法。
