Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.高強力甘味料の混合物の甘味力を増加させそして味を向上させる方法におい て、この混合物にオリゴサッカリドを添加することを特徴とする上記方法。 2.オリゴサッカリドとしてイヌリン、オリゴフルクトース、ガラクトオリゴサ ッカリド、イソマルトオリゴサッカリド、ラクトスクロース、マルトース、グ リコスクロース、マルトテトラオースまたはトレハロースを使用する請求項1 に記載の方法。 3.高強力甘味料としてアセスルファム−K、シクラマート、サッカリン、アス パルテーム、アリタムおよびスクラロースを使用する請求項1または2に記載 の方法。 4.高強力甘味料の混合物としてアセスルファム−K/シクラマート、アセスル ファム−K/サッカリン、アスパルテーム/シクラマート、アスパルテーム/ サッカリン、シクラマート/サッカリン、アセスルファム−K/アリタム、ア スパルテーム/アリタム、アスパルテーム/スクラロース、シクラマート/ス クラロース、シクラマート/アリタム、サッカリン/スクロラース、サッカリ ン/アリタム、アリタム/スクラロースまたはアセスルファム−K/スクラロ ースを使用する請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 5.甘味料が95:5〜5:95、好ましくは70:30〜30:70の混合比 で存在する請求項4に記載の方法。 6.高強力甘味料の混合物としてアセスルファム−K/アスパルテームを使用す る請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 7.アセスルファム−Kおよびアスパルテームを50:50の混合比で存在させ る請求項6に記載の方法。 8.オリゴサッカリドと高強力甘味料混合物とを10:1〜10000:1、好 ましくは500:1〜5000:1の比で使用する請求項1〜7のいずれか一 つに記載の方法。 9.他の味変更物質を混合物に添加する請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の方 法。 10.味変更物質としてネオヘスペリジンD、タウマチンまたはラムノースを使 用する請求項9に記載の方法。
