Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.一般式(II)の化合物のN-保護基を選択的に除去することにより得ることを 特徴とする一般式(I)の化合物の製造方法。 (式中、R1は低級アルキル基であり、R3はβ-ラクタム環の保護基としてのアリ ール基あるいは置換ベンジル基を表す。) 2.N-保護基除去反応がセリクアンモニウムナイトレート過マンガン酸カリウム 、重クロム酸ナトリウム、2,3-ジクロロ-5,6-ジシアノ-1,4-ベンゾキノンおよび オゾンからなる群から選択される酸化剤を用いて、酸化反応をさせることによっ て遂行することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。 3.N-保護基除去反応がリチウムパークロレートを電解質としておよび無定形炭 素(amorphous carbon)を電極として用いる電気化学的酸化反応により遂行される ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。 4.上記一般式(II)の化合物が一般式(III)の化合物を立体選択的にアセト キシル化させることで製造されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。 (式中、R1およびR3は請求項1にて定義した通りである) 5.上記アセトキシル化が酢酸存在下で酸化鉛、四酢酸鉛、第2酢酸水銀、第2 酢酸銅または酢酸タリウムからなる群から選択される酸化剤を用いて起きること を特徴とする請求項4に記載の製造方法。 6.化合物(II)が一般式(IV)の化合物を脱エステル化させることによって得 られることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。(式中、R1およびR3は、請求項1に定義した通りであり、R2は、C1-4の低級アル キル基を表す) 7.上記一般式(IV)の化合物は、一般式(V)の化合物をアルカリ金属アミド 類の強アミドと反応させて、トリアルキルシランで処理する一元化反応により得 られることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の製造方法。 (式中、R2およびR3は請求項6に定義した通りである)
