Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも1個の測定セル及び少なくとも1個の加熱素子を有し、該測定セ ル及び該加熱素子が電気絶縁層を介して結合している、内燃機関の排ガス中の酸 素含量を測定するためのセンサ素子において、絶縁層(50)の材料が、少なく とも1種の結晶性非金属材料及び少なくとも1種のガラス形成材料からなり、セ ンサ素子の焼結の際に、結晶性非金属材料で充填された釉を形成することを特徴 とするセンサ素子。 2.結晶性非金属材料が、Al2O3、Mgスピネル、フォルステライト又は前記 の物質の混合物である、請求項1に記載のセンサ素子。 3.ガラス形成材料が、アルカリ土類ケイ酸塩ガラスである、請求項1に記載の センサ素子。 4.アルカリ土類ケイ酸塩ガラスが、バリウム−アルミニウム−ケイ酸塩ガラス である、請求項3に記載のセンサ素子。 5.バリウムが、30原子%まで、ストロンチウムによって置換されている、請 求項4に記載のセンサ素子。 6.測定セル(12)の固形電解質体が、部分的に安定化されたZrO2からな る、請求項1に記載のセンサ素子。 7.粗製物質混合物中で、結晶性非金属材料が、固体含量に対して少なくとも5 0重量%である、請求項1に記載のセンサ素子。 8.請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載のセンサ素子を製造するための方 法において、絶縁層(50)の製造のために、粉末混合物20〜70重量%、溶 剤20〜70重量%、可塑剤1〜15重量%、バインダ1〜15重量%からなる ペーストを製造し、この場合、粉末混合物は、結晶性非金属材料とガラス形成材 料とから形成されており、該ペーストを、絶縁層の製造のために、抵抗ヒーター を備えた支持体シートの上に印刷し、加熱素子及び測定セルを有する層システム を製造し、該層システムを、少なくともガラス形成材料の融点に相応する温度で 焼結させることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載のセン サ素子の製造法。 9.粉末混合物中の結晶性非金属材料を、少なくとも50重量%に調節する、請 求項8に記載の方法。 10.結晶性非金属材料の粉末を、d50<0.40μmの粒子の細度に調節する 、請求項8に記載の方法。 11.結晶性非金属材料の粉末を、d90<0.50μmの粒度分布の狭い範囲に 調節する、請求項8に記載の方法。 12.焼結温度が1250℃である、請求項8に記載の方法。
