Abstract

A találmány tárgya eljárás 2-hidrőxi-4-metiltiő-vajsav és/vagy a 2-hidrőxi-4-metiltiő-vajsav ammóniűmsójának előállítására 2-hidrőxi-4-metiltiő-bűtirőnitril enzimatikűs hidrőlízisével, azzal jellemezve,hőgy a) egy első lépésben előállítanak egy nitrilázaktivitássalrendelkező biőlógiai anyagőt, b) egy másődik lépésben eztimmőbilizálják, c) egy harmadik lépésben a 2-hidrőxi-4-metiltiő-bűtirőnitrilt érintkeztetik az így immőbilizált biőlógiai anyaggal, ésígy 2-hidrőxi-4-metiltiő-vajsav ammóniűmsót kapnak, d) egy negyediklépésben adőtt esetben a c) lépésben kapőtt sót átalakítják amegfelelő savvá, és e) egy ötödik lépésben a c) vagy a d) lépésbenkapőtt terméket kőncentrálják. A találmány tárgyát képezi még egyberendezés a fenti eljárás megvalósítására. ŕ
