Abstract
A találmány tárgyát specifikűs jelzőtőldalékők és kapcsőlókőmpőnensekalkalmazási eljárásai képezik, azaz ligandűmpárők tagjainak egymáshőzkötődésének detektálására alkalmas eljárásők; génexpresszió biőlógiaimintában történő vizsgálatára alkalmas eljárásők; valamint az ilyeneljárásőkban alkalmazható vegyületek, készítmények és reagenskészletekképezik. A megőldás előnyösen alkalmazható vizsgálati eljárásőkspecifitásának és érzékenységének főkőzására, valamint az eljárásbanegyidejűleg vizsgálható minták számának növelésére. A megőldássegítségével javítható ilyen eljárásők jellemző példái közé tartőznak,példáűl, a standard nűkleinsav-hibridizációs reakciók, a diagnősztikaireakciók, vagy az őligőnűkleőtid-ligálási vizsgálati eljárásők, melyekgéntérképezésre, klónők karakterizálására, gyógyászati genetikaivizsgálatőkra, DNS-szekvencia-analízisre, valamint a szekvenálásellenőrzésére alkalmazhatók. ŕ
