Abstract

A találmány tárgyát képezi nyújtott hatóanyag-leadású finomrészecskéket tartalmazó készítmény a szájüregben gyorsan szétesőtablettákhoz, ami hatóanyagot tartalmazó nyújtott hatóanyag-leadásúfinom részecskéket és egy vagy kettő vagy több, a cukrok vagy cukor-alkoholok közül kiválasztott töltőanyag és egy a szájüregben gyorsanszéteső tabletták előállításához használatos kötőanyag granulálttermékét tartalmazza, ahol a nem granulált nyújtott hatóanyag-leadásúfinom részecskék aránya a teljes készítményben 0-15%. A találmányeljárást is biztosít nyüjtott hatóanyag-leadású finom részecskékettartalmazó készítmény előállítására gyorsan széteső tablettákhoz, ahola hatóanyagot tartalmazó nyújtott hatóanyag-leadású finom részecskéketés egy vagy kettő vagy több, a cukrok vagy cukor-alkoholok közülkiválasztott töltőanyagot és egy a szájüregben gyorsan szétesőtablettákhoz használatos kötőanyagot granulálják úgy, hogy a teljeskészítményben a nem granulált nyújtott hatóanyag-leadású finomrészecskék mennyisége 0-15%.
