Abstract

Jelen találmány tárgya eljárás és berendezés nukleinsavak izolálására,előnyösen természetes vagy nem természetes eredetű mintából. Jelentalálmány alapvető műszaki feladata egy költségkímélő és egyszerűenkivitelezhető sejtfeltárási és nukleinsav izolálási eljáráskidolgozása, amellyel megfelelő természetben előforduló és/vagy nemtermészetes mintaanyagból már a mintafeltárás során, egyetlen lépésbenigen specifikus módon az összes, illetve lényegében az összesnukleinsavat különösen tiszta formában lehet izolálni és elkészíteni.A találmány ezt a problémát nukleinsavaknak egy mintából valóizolálására vonatkozó eljárás kidolgozásával oldja meg, amelynél amintát legalább egy elektromos tér hatása alatt feltárják és aszabaddá tett nukleinsavakat egy nukleinsavakkal affin anyaggal úgyhozzák érintkezésbe, hogy a nukleinsavak legalább egy része anukleinsavakkal affin anyaggal kötést alakítson ki.
