Claims (20)
1. Pripravak koji sadrži mezoporozne štapiće od silicijevog dioksida koji sadrže spoj za regrutiranje imunoloških stanica, pri čemu navedeni spoj za regrutiranje sadrži granulocitni faktor makrofag-kolonije (GM-CSF), hemokin (CC motiv) ligand 21 (CCL-21), hemokin (CC motiv) ligand 19 (CCL-19) ili ligand tirozin kinaze 3 (Flt-3) nalik FMS-u; i aktivacijski spoj imunoloških stanica koji sadrži TLR agonist, pri čemu TLR agonist sadrži monofosforil lipid A (MPLA), citozin-gvanozin oligonukleotid (CpG-ODN), poli (etilenimin) (PEI) -kondenziran CpG-ODN, policititidilnu kiselinu ( poli I: C), PEI-poli (I: C), poliadenil-poliuridilna kiselina (poli (A: U)), PEI-poli (A: U) ili lipopolisaharid (LPS),
pri čemu navedeni štapići imaju duljinu od 5 µm do 500 µm.
2. Pripravak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da navedeni štapići sadrže pore promjera 2-50 nm, promjera 5-25 nm ili 5-10 nm.
3. Pripravak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da navedeni štapići sadrže pore promjera približno 8 nm.
4. Pripravak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da navedeni štapići sadrže duljinu od 5 µm do 25 µm.
5. Pripravak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da navedeni štapići imaju duljinu od 80 µm do 120 µm.
6. Pripravak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da navedeni spoj za regrutiranje sadrži GM-CSF.
7. Pripravak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da navedeni pripravak nadalje sadrži antigen.
8. Pripravak prema zahtjevu 7, naznačen time da navedeni antigen sadrži tumorski antigen.
9. Pripravak prema zahtjevu 7, naznačen time da navedeni antigen sadrži lizat tumorskih stanica.
10. Pripravak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da se upotrebljava u postupku induciranja imunog odgovora specifičnog za antigen na antigen cjepiva.
11. Pripravak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da nadalje obuhvaća antigen cjepiva.
12. Pripravak prema zahtjevu 11, naznačen time da se upotrebljava za induciranje sistemskog imunog odgovora specifičnog za antigen na navedeni antigen cjepiva ili za uporabu u izazivanju imunoloških stanica cjepiva antigena specifičnih za limfni čvor.
13. Postupak za izradu pripravka prema zahtjevu 11, naznačen time što sadrži dobivanje suspenzije mezoporoznih silicijskih štapića pri čemu navedeni štapići sadrže duljinu od 5 µm do 500 µm i kontaktiranje navedenih štapića s navedenim antigenom cjepiva, navedenim spojem za regrutiranje imunoloških stanica i navedenim imunološkim staničnim aktivacijskim spojem.
14. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 12, naznačen time što navedeni antigen cjepiva sadrži lizat tumorskih stanica, pri čemu navedeni spoj za regrutiranje sadrži GM-CSF, i gdje navedeni aktivacijski spoj sadrži CpG-ODN.
15. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 12, naznačen time što su navedeni štapići modificirani s glikolnom ili mliječnom kiselinom prije kontakta navedenih štapića s navedenim antigenom cjepiva, spojem za regrutaciju ili aktivacijskim spojem.
16. Pripravak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da navedeni štapići imaju duljinu od 30 µm do 100 µm.
17. Pripravak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da spomenute šipke sadrže duljinu od 50 µm do 250 µm.
18. Pripravak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da injekcija i in vivo samostalno sklapanje 3D strukture, pri čemu navedena struktura sadrži mikro prostore koji omogućavaju infiltraciju ili promet stanica.
19. Pripravak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da su navedeni štapići složeni u 3D strukturu i gdje navedena struktura sadrži mikro prostore koji omogućuju infiltraciju ili promet stanica.
20. Sastav prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, što navedeni spoj za regrutiranje imunoloških stanica sadrži GM-CSF i navedeni TLR agonist sadrži CpG-ODN ili PEI-CpG-ODN.
