Claims (12)
1. Kazeta za analizu (14), naznačena time, da obuhvaća sljedeće:
glavni dio tijela (11) koji uključuje gornji odsječak (29) koji definira gornju komoru (30), i donji odsječak (31) koji definira fluidnu komoru (32), pri čemu je gornja komora (30) komora za dah koja obuhvaća ulazni otvor (33) za dah, izlazni otvor (40) za dah te put disanja između njih, i
filterski sklop (19) koji je pomičan uzduž puta filterskog sklopa između prve pozicije i druge pozicije, gdje filterski sklop posjeduje otvor koji je definiran između toga, te time, da u prvoj poziciji, otvor djelomično definira gornju komoru i u drugoj poziciji, otvor djelomično definira fluidnu komoru; i
element s ampulom (22) koja ima fluorescentni kromoforni prostor s derivatom fenilen-diamina koji je smješten u njemu, pri čemu fluidna komora obuhvaća elucijsku otopinu smještenu u njoj, dok je element s ampulom pomičan između prve pozicije gdje je derivat fenilen-diamina odvojen od elucijske otopine i druge pozicije gdje je derivat fenilen-diamina smješten u elucijsku otopinu.
2. Kazeta za analizu prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time, da je filterski sklop pomičan unutar cilindrične čahure (53) koja se proteže od gornje komore (30) do fluidne komore (32).
3. Kazeta za analizu prema zahtjevu 2, naznačena time, da čahura (53) obuhvaća vršni otvor tako da je gornja površina filterskog sklopa izložena vanjskom prostoru glavnog dijela tijela (11).
4. Postupak, naznačen time, da obuhvaća sljedeće korake:
(a) pripremanje kazete za analizu u skladu s bilo kojim od zahtjeva 1 do 3;
(b) zahvaćanje uzorka daha u filterski sklop;
(c) pomicanje filterskog sklopa iz prve pozicije u drugu poziciju; i
(d) eluiranje sastojaka uzorka daha u elucijskoj otopini u svrhu tvorbe otopine sastojaka.
5. Postupak prema zahtjevu 4, naznačen time, da filterski sklop obuhvaća cilindrično oblikovan filterski držač (20) koji uključuje otvor koji se proteže poprečno kroz njega, i dva filtera pozicionirana tako, da su razapeti preko otvora, pri čemu filteri definiraju supstratni prostor između njih, dok je pritom supstrat (28) smješten u supstratnom prostoru.
6. Postupak prema zahtjevu 5, naznačen time, da supstrat (28) je silikonski materijal.
7. Postupak prema zahtjevu 5, naznačen time, da prije koraka (c), postupak obuhvaća korake umetanja kazete za analizu u odjeljak za analizu, te rotaciju kazete za analizu do pozicije umetanja u kojoj jedna poluga izvodi korak (c).
8. Sustav kazete za analizu, naznačen time, da obuhvaća:

kazetu za analizu u skladu sa zahtjevom 1, pri čemu donji dio kazete za analizu obuhvaća prihvatni element koji se proteže iz nje, i
fluorescentnu kazetu za analizu koja obuhvaća glavni dio tijela koji uključuje gornji odsječak koji definira gornju komoru, i donji odsječak koji definira fluidnu komoru, dok gornja komora obuhvaća prednji otvor prilagođen za prihvat prihvatnog elementa kazete za analizu daha u nju, i
filterski sklop koji je pomičan uzduž puta filterskog sklopa između prve pozicije i druge pozicije, gdje filterski sklop posjeduje otvor definiran kroz njega, te time, da u prvoj poziciji, otvor djelomično definira gornju komoru i u drugoj poziciji, otvor djelomično definira fluidnu komoru.
9. Sustav kazete za analizu prema zahtjevu 8, naznačen time, da je u kazeti za analizu daha komora za dah zabrtvljena prema fluidnoj komori kada je filterski sklop u prvoj poziciji, te time, da je u fluorescentnoj kazeti za analizu gornja komora zabrtvljena prema fluidnoj komori kada je filterski sklop u prvoj poziciji.
10. Sustav kazete za analizu prema zahtjevu 8, naznačen time, da fluorescentna kazeta za analizu uključuje nasuprotne prozorčiće za svjetlosni ulaz (172a) i svjetlosni izlaz (172b), koji su postavljeni na suprotnim stranama fluidne komore, i fluorescentni prozorčić (170) postavljen na dnu glavnog dijela tijela.
11. Sustav kazete za analizu prema zahtjevu 10, naznačen time, da svaki od prozorčića za svjetlosni ulaz (172a) i svjetlosni izlaz (172b) uključuje vanjsku površinu, te time, da su te vanjske površine međusobno paralelne.
12. Sustav kazete za analizu prema zahtjevu 11, naznačen time, da fluorescentni prozorčić (170) uključuje vanjsku površinu, te time, da je vanjska površina fluorescentnog prozorčića okomita na vanjsku površinu prozorčića za svjetlosni ulaz (172a).
