Claims (11)

1. Mikročestice od hidroksipropilceluloze, prosječne volumne veličine čestica od najmanje 0,1 µm, no manje od 15 µm, po mogućnosti najmanje 0,1 µm, no manje od 10 µm, naznačene time što je sadržaj hidroksipropilnih skupina u rasponu od 53 do 78%, težinski.
2. Mikročestice od hidroksipropilceluloze u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačene time što je oblik mikročestica od hidroksipropilceluloze sferičan.
3. Mikročestice od hidroksipropilceluloze u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačene time što 2%-tna vodena otopina mikročestica od hidroksipropilceluloze ima viskoznost na 20 °C u rasponu od 2,0 do 20,0 mPa·s, po mogućnosti u rasponu od 2,0 do 10,0 mPa·s.
4. Postupak proizvodnje mikročestica od hidroksipropilceluloze, gdje se postupak sastoji u generiranju impulsnog udarnog vala, te u dodavanju vodene otopine hidroksipropilceluloze u područje generiranja impulsnog udarnog vala, čime se vodenu otopinu hidroksipropilceluloze drobi i suši, naznačen time što hidroksipropilceluloza dodana kao vodena otopina ima sadržaj hidroksipropilnih skupina u rasponu od 53 do 78%, težinski.
5. Postupak proizvodnje mikročestica od hidroksipropilceluloze u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4, naznačen time što se upotrebljava uređaj za drobljenje i sušenje, gdje uređaj za drobljenje i sušenje sadrži komoru za impulsno izgaranje, ulaz za dodavanje sirovine, koji se nalazi blizu izlaza ispušne cijevi komore za impulsno izgaranje, te uređaj za reguliranje plina, koji promjenjivo podešava Reynoldsov broj čestica kod ispušnog plina iz komore za impulsno izgaranje koji okružuje čestice dodane vodene otopine hidroksipropilceluloze radi podvrgavanja vodene otopine hidroksipropilceluloze kontinuirano generiranim nelinearnim valovima.
6. Postupak proizvodnje mikročestica od hidroksipropilceluloze u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4 ili 5, naznačen time što je koncentracija vodene otopine hidroksipropilceluloze u rasponu od 1 do 5%, težinski.
7. Postupak proizvodnje mikročestica od hidroksipropilceluloze u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 4 do 6, naznačen time što je oblik dobivenih mikročestica od hidroksipropilceluloze sferičan.
8. Postupak proizvodnje mikročestica od hidroksipropilceluloze u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 4 do 7, naznačen time što hidroksipropilceluloza dodana kao vodena otopina ima viskoznost na 20 °C za 2%-tnu vodenu otopinu koja je u rasponu od 2,0 do 20,0 mPa·s.
9. Postupak proizvodnje mikročestica od hidroksipropilceluloze u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, naznačen time što je temperatura ispušnog plina u rasponu od 70 do 90 °C.
10. Upotreba mikročestica od hidroksipropilceluloze u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačena time što su mikročestice namijenjene proizvodnji čvrstog pripravka.
11. Upotreba u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 10, naznačena time što je čvrsti pripravak oralno raspadajuća tableta.
