Claims (15)
1. Postupak proizvodne sastava slatkog soka, obuhvaća:
a) pružanje voća iz porodice bundeve, pri čemu voće sadrži terpenske glikozide, i pri čemu je barem jedan terpenski glikozid mogrosid V;
b) dobivanje sok od voća, pri čemu sok sadrži terpenske glikozide, i pri čemu je barem jedan terpenski glikozid mogrosid V;
c) pružanje smole za izmjenu kationa i smole za izmjenu aniona, pri čemu je smola za izmjenu kationa regenerirana u obliku kiseline, i pri čemu je smola za izmjenu aniona regenerirana u alkalnom obliku;
d) spajanje soka sa smolom za izmjenu kationa kako bi se proizvelo djelomično prerađeni sok; i
e) spajanje djelomično prerađenog soka sa smolom za izmjenu aniona kako bi se proizvelo sastav slatkog soka, pri čemu sastav slatkog soka zadržava barem 60% mogrosida V iz soka kako je utvrđeno tekućinskom kromatografijom visokog tlaka (HPLC).
2. Postupak sukladno zahtjevu 1, pri čemu sastav slatkog soka zadržava barem 60% terpenskog glikozida iz soka kako je određeno pomoću HPLC.
3. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 2, pri čemu sok i sastav slatkog soka svaki imaju šećere koji su prirodno prisutni u voću.
4. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 3, pri čemu korak (b) obuhvaća:
i) spajanje voća s vodom kako bi se dobila vodenasta kaša;
ii) prerada vodenaste kaše na temperaturi od barem 60°C; i
iii) dobivanje soka iz vodenaste kaše u koraku (ii).
5. Postupak sukladno zahtjevu 4, nadalje obuhavaća pročišćavanje soka prije dodira sa smolama za izmjenu kationa.
6. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 5, nadalje obuhvaća:
pružanje smole za drugu izmjenu kationa i smole za drugu izmjenu aniona,
pri čemu je smola za drugu izmjenu kationa regenerirana u obliku kiseline,, i pri čemu je smola za drugu izmjenu aniona regenerirana u alkalnom obliku; i
spajanje satava slatkog soka sa smolom za drugu izmjenu kationa i smolom za drugu izmjenu aniona kako bi se proizvelo drugi sastav slatkog soka.
7. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 6, pri čemu je smola za izmjenu kationa odabrana iz skupine koja se sastoji od jake kisele smole za kationsku izmjenu, slabe kisele smole za kationsku izmjenu, miješane kisele smole za kationsku izmjenu, i bilo kojih kombinacija istih, pri čemu je opcionalno smola za izmjenu kationa jaka kisela smola za izmjenu kationa regenerirana u obliku vodika.
8. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 7, pri čemu je kiseli oblik odabran iz skupine koja se sastoji od vodika, amonijaka, i njihovih kombinacija, i/ili pri čemu je alkalni oblik odabran iz skupine koja obuhvaća hidroksilni oblik, karbonatni oblik, i njihove kombinacije.
9. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 8, pri čemu je smola za izmjenu aniona odabrana iz skupine koja se sastoji od slabe smole za anionsku izmjenu, jake smole za anionsku izmjenu, miješane smole za anionsku izmjenu, i bilo kojih kombinacija istih, pri čemu je opcionalno smola za izmjenu aniona slaba smola za izmjenu aniona regenerirana u obliku hidroksila.
10. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 9, pri čemu je smola za izmjenu kationa regenerirana u obliku vodika, a smola za izmjenu aniona je regenerirana u obliku hidroksila.
11. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 10, pri čemu je voće Siraitia grosvenorii ili Siraitia siamensis.
12. Postupak proizvodnje sastava slatkog soka, obuhvaća:
a) pružanje soka od voća iz porodice bundeve, pri čemu je sok svježi sok ili razrijeđeni sok, pri čemu sok sadrži terpenske glikozide iz voća, i pri čemu je barem jedan od terpenskih glikozida mogrosid V;
b) pružanje smole za izmjenu kationa i smole za izmjenu aniona,
pri čemu je smola za izmjenu kationa regenerirana u obliku kiseline, i pri čemu je smola za izmjenu aniona regenerirana u alkalnom obliku; i
c) spajanje soka sa smolom za izmjenu kationa kako bi se proizvelo djelomično prerađeni sok; i
d) spajanje djelomično prerađenog soka sa smolom za izmjenu aniona kako bi se proizvelo sastav slatkog soka,npri čemu sastav slatkog soka zadržava barem 60% mogrosida V iz soka kako je utvrđeno tekućinskom kromatografijom visokog tlaka (HPLC), pri čemu je opcionalno sok pružen u koraku (a):
svježi sok, i pri čemu je omjer smole za kationsku izmjenu i smole za anionsku izmjenu otprilike 1 prema 1; ili
razrijeđeni sok, i pri čemu je omjer smole za kationsku izmjenu i smole za anionsku izmjenu oko 1.4-2 prema 1.
13. Sastav slatkog soka proizveden metodom sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 12.
14. Hrana, piće, farmaceutski ili dijetetski dodatak prehrani koji sadrži sastav slatkog soka proizveden metodom sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 12.
15. Uporaba sastava slatkog soka proizvedenog postupkom sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 12 u hrani, piću, farmaceutskom ili dijetetskom dodatku prehrani.
