Claims (13)

1. Postupak za proizvodnju pripravka slatkog soka, omogućavanjem kontakta soka dobivenog iz plodova obitelji bundeva najprije sa smolom za izmjenu kationa, a zatim sa smolom za izmjenu aniona, da se dobije pripravak slatkog soka, pri čemu plod sadrži terpen glikozide, pri čemu je barem jedan od terpen glikozida mogrosid V, i pri čemu se sok pročisti prije nego što ga se pomiješa sa smolom za izmjenu kationa i smolom za izmjenu aniona.
2. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što se smola za izmjenu kationa regenerira u kiseloj formi, i / ili gdje se smola za izmjenu aniona regenerira u alkalnom obliku.
3. 6. 7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time da je plod iz porodica Siraitia grosvenorii (Luo Han Guo) ili Siraitia siamensis.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time da je sok svježi sok, koncentrat soka ili razrijeđeni sok.
9. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time što se sok dovodi u kontakt sa smolom za izmjenu kationa i / ili smolom za izmjenu aniona pri prosječnoj brzini protoka od oko 2 bv / h do oko 30 bv / h.

12. Hrana, piće, farmaceutski ili dijetetski dodatak koji sadrži pripravak slatkog soka proizveden postupkom prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 10.
13. Uporaba pripravka slatkog soka proizvedenog postupkom prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 10 u hrani, napicima, farmaceutskim ili dijetetskim dodacima prehrani.
