本发明涉及一种食品甜味添加剂,由如下重量份的原料组成:APM20~45份,AK糖15~20份,阿斯巴甜2~4份,山梨醇0~1份,甜菊糖0~1份,谷氨酸0.1~0.5份,柠檬酸钠1~3份。本发明提供了一种食品甜味添加剂,本添加剂安全、甜度适中、生产成本低,制作简便、口感优良,解决了因糖精钠和甜蜜素超标使用的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种食品甜味添加剂,属于食品添加剂领域。
背景技术
我国甜味剂一向以糖精钠、甜蜜素为主,但糖精钠带有较重的金属味和苦涩味,在安全毒理方面还存在争议,甜蜜素除异味和后酸味突出外,其被怀疑有致膀胱癌特性。我国这几年因添加剂使用不符合规定而曝光的企业层出不穷。国家从1996年开始到现在,已经进行了6次比较大规模的抽查,抽查合格率在50~60%,其中最突出的质量问题就是糖精钠、甜蜜素的超标使用。食品添加剂标准(GB2760-2007)对使用范围和最大使用量严格加以控制。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种食品甜味添加剂,本发明提供了一种食品甜味添加剂,本添加剂安全、甜度适中、生产成本低,制作简便、口感优良,解决了因糖精钠和甜蜜素超标使用的问题。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种食品甜味添加剂,由如下重量份的原料组成:APM20~45份,AK糖15~20份,阿斯巴甜2~4份,山梨醇0~1份,甜菊糖0~1份,谷氨酸0.1~0.5份,柠檬酸钠1~3份。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以做如下改进。
进一步,所述食品甜味添加剂,由如下重量份的原料组成:APM20份,AK糖18份,阿斯巴甜4份,山梨醇1份,甜菊糖1份,谷氨酸0.4份,柠檬酸钠3份。
进一步,所述食品甜味添加剂,由如下重量份的原料组成:APM45份,AK糖20份,阿斯巴甜4份,甜菊糖1份,谷氨酸0.1份,柠檬酸钠3份。
进一步,所述食品甜味添加剂,由如下重量份的原料组成:APM45份,AK糖20份,阿斯巴甜4份,谷氨酸0.1份,柠檬酸钠3份。
进一步,所述食品甜味添加剂,由如下重量份的原料组成:APM35份,AK糖15份,阿斯巴甜3份,甜菊糖0.5份,谷氨酸0.4份,柠檬酸钠2份。

取APM20份,AK糖18份,阿斯巴甜4份,山梨醇1份,甜菊糖1份,谷氨酸0.4份,柠檬酸钠3份。先将各个原料混合均匀,然后粉碎为60~100目的颗粒,包装即为成品。

取APM45份,AK糖20份,阿斯巴甜4份,甜菊糖1份,谷氨酸0.1份,柠檬酸钠3份。先将各个原料混合均匀,然后粉碎为60~100目的颗粒,包装即为成品。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种食品甜味添加剂,其特征在于,由如下重量份的原料组成:APM20份,AK糖18份,阿斯巴甜4份,山梨醇1份,甜菊糖1份,谷氨酸0.4份,柠檬酸钠3份。
