本发明公开了一种抗疲劳饮料及其制备方法,其主要成分包括:枸杞提取液、香菇提取液、白砂糖、柠檬酸、维生素B6、维生素C等。该饮料含有丰富的枸杞多糖,香菇多糖等物质,风味独特,工艺简单,成本低,易于大众接受,既方便人们的饮用,又有抗疲劳功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种功能性饮料及其制备方法,尤其是涉及一种含有枸杞多糖,香菇多糖等成分,具有抗疲劳作用的功能性饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,人们的工作节奏加快,生活压力不断增加,非常容易疲劳,从而导致身体的亚健康状态。
本发明的抗疲劳饮料的主要功效成分为:香菇多糖具有良好的抗疲劳作用,几乎无任何副作用;枸杞多糖具有改善人体疲劳症状,调节免疫之功效。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一是提供一种新的抗疲劳饮料;目的之二是上述饮料的制备方法。
本发明提供的一种抗疲劳饮料,其原料成分及含量为(以100mL饮料计):枸杞提取液15mL,香菇提取液2mL,白砂糖4g,柠檬酸0.04g,维生素B60.001g、维生素C0.01g,余量为纯净水。
本发明的制备方法,包括如下步骤:a.将干枸杞破碎,加25倍纯净水,于70-90℃的温度下提取2次,每次的提取时间为1小时,合并提取液,过滤,得枸杞提取液备用;b.将干香菇粉碎,加30倍纯净水,于70-90℃的温度下提取2次,每次的提取时间为2小时,合并提取液,过滤,得香菇提取液备用;c.将a.和b.步骤制备的枸杞提取液和香菇提取液混合,加入白砂糖、柠檬酸、维生素B6和维生素C,充分混匀,均质并灌装封口,后经巴氏灭菌得到本发明的抗疲劳功能饮料。
本发明将枸杞提取液、香菇提取液以及白砂糖、柠檬酸、维生素B6、维生素C等原料在饮料中合理配比。从而提供一种酸甜适口,没有防腐剂和色素,工艺简单,成本低,适合广泛人群饮用,并具有抗疲劳作用的功能性保健饮料。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作详细的说明。
实施例一:
本发明的制备方法,包括以下步骤:a.将干枸杞破碎,加25倍纯净水,于70℃的温度下提取2次,每次的提取时间为1小时,合并提取液,过滤,得枸杞提取液备用;b.将干香菇粉碎,加30倍纯净水,于70℃的温度下提取2次,每次的提取时间为2小时,合并提取液,过滤,得香菇提取液备用;c.将a.和b.步骤制备的枸杞提取液和香菇提取液混合,加入白砂糖、柠檬酸、维生素B6和维生素C,充分混匀,均质并灌装封口,后经巴氏灭菌得到本发明的抗疲劳功能饮料。
实施例二:

实施例三:

1.一种抗疲劳饮料,其特征在于,原料成分及含量为(以100mL饮料计):枸杞提取液15mL,香菇提取液2mL,白砂糖4g,柠檬酸0.04g,维生素B60.001g、维生素C0.01g,余量为纯净水。
2.权利要求1所述的一种抗疲劳饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:a.将干枸杞破碎,加25倍纯净水,于70-90℃的温度下提取2次,每次的提取时间为1小时,合并提取液,过滤,得枸杞提取液备用;b.将干香菇粉碎,加30倍纯净水,于70-90℃的温度下提取2次,每次的提取时间为2小时,合并提取液,过滤,得香菇提取液备用;c.将a.和b.步骤制备的枸杞提取液和香菇提取液混合,加入白砂糖、柠檬酸、维生素B6和维生素C,充分混匀,均质并灌装封口,后经巴氏灭菌得到本发明的抗疲劳功能饮料。
