Claims (6)

1. Postupak za pripremu biljnog napitka s niskim sadržajem šećera ili međuprodukta u procesu, koji postupak uključuje sljedeće korake: pribavljanje usitnjenog ili tekućeg ekstrakta biljnog materijala koji sadrži topive komponente; uzastopno izlaganje ekstrakta sredstvu pročišćavanja isključenjem prema prvoj, drugoj i trećoj veličini radi razdvajanja komponenata ekstrakta u tri frakcije na temelju molekularne težine, naznačen time da granična vrijednost molekularne težine sredstva pročišćavanja isključenjem prema prvoj veličini iznosi više od oko 1500 Daltona, granična vrijednost molekularne težine sredstva pročišćavanja isključenjem prema drugoj veličini iznosi oko 200 Daltona i granična vrijednost molekularne težine sredstva pročišćavanja isključenjem prema trećoj veličini iznosi između oko 90 i 180 Daltona; prva frakcije sadrži komponente molekularne težine više od oko 200 Daltona i manje od oko 1500 Daltona, druga frakcija sadrži komponente molekularne težine između 90 i 200 Daltona i treća frakcija sadrži komponente molekularne težine između 90 i 180 Daltona; prva i druga frakcija sadrže poželjne komponente odabrane iz skupine koju čini mineral, vitamin, voda, antioksidans, fitonutrijent, fitokemikalija, aromatska molekula, i molekula koja doprinosi okusu, i druga frakcija sadrži komponentu šećer; i miješanje prve i treće frakcije radi dobivanja napitka s niskim sadržajem šećera ili njegova međuprodukta u procesu.
2. Postupak temeljem zahtjeva 1, naznačen time da je sredstvo pročišćavanja isključenjem prema prvoj ili drugoj veličini odabrano iz skupine koja uključuje nanofiltraciju, reverznu osmozu, ultrafiltraciju i poprečnu filtraciju protoka.
