Claims (15)

1. Biomaterijali naznačeni time da se mogu dobiti miješanjem – heksadecilamid hialuronske kiseline (HYADD) s – derivatom (HBC) hialuronske kiseline umrežene s 1,4-butandiol-diglicidil-eterom (BDDE) u masenom omjeru između 10:90 i 90:10, a koji su nova punila i/ili produkti za oblikovanje tijela.
2. Biomaterijali kako su prijavljeni u patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačeni time da maseni omjer jest od 90:10 do 50:50, a koji su biorevitalizirajuća punila.
3. Biomaterijali kako su prijavljeni u patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačeni time da maseni omjer jest od 10:90 do 50:50, a da imaju učinak povećanja volumena.
4. Biomaterijali kako su prijavljeni u patentnom zahtjevu 3, naznačeni time da maseni omjer jest od 25:75.
5. Postupak miješanja HYADD s HBC pripravljen postupkom koji obuhvaća sljedeće korake: a) otapanje diepoksida BDDE u alkalnoj otopini u stehiometrijskom omjeru od 2.5 do 25 molarnih % ponavljajućih jedinica hialuronske kiseline, nakon čega slijedi b) disperzija hialuronske kiseline (HA) u otopini navedenoj u koraku a) pri sobnoj temperaturi, c) poticanje reakcije aktiviranjem toplinom otopine navedene u koraku b), zagrijavajući je pri temperaturi između 35 i 55 °C tijekom 2 do 36 sati, d) ekstruzija mase dobivene preko metalnog sita da bi se smanjila veličina čestica na približno 600 µm, e) hidratiranje gela dobivenog razrijeđivanjem vodom od 3 do 20 puta, f) korekcija pH do neutralnog vodenom otopinom HCl, g) taloženje s organskim otapalom topljivim u vodi do dobivanja produkta u obliku praška, h) pranje organskim otapalima koja sadrže vodu, i) sušenje pod vakuumom dok zaostala otapala nisu uklonjena do 400 ppm i dobiven prašak HBC, naznačen time da postupak miješanja obuhvaća sljedeće korake: j) miješanje praška HYADD s praškom HBC u omjeru HYADD:HBC između 90:10 i 10:90, k) hidratiranje s otopinom soli ili fosfatnim puferom čime se postiže ukupna koncentracija HA između 12 i 27 mg/mL, l) ekstruzija pri temperaturi između 25 i 65 °C kroz sito otvora između 50 i 500 µm, m) punjenje injekcije, n) sterilizacija zagrijavanjem u zasićenoj pari pri temepraturi između 120 i 124 °C najmanje 10 minuta.
6. Postupak kako je prijavljen u patentnom zahtjevu 5, naznačen time da je organsko otapalo topljivo u vodi iz koraka g) odabrano iz sljedeće skupine: etanol, metanol, izopropanol, n-propanol, dioksan, acetonitiril, aceton i/ili njihove smjese.
7. Postupak kako je prijavljen u patentnom zahtjevu 5, naznačen time da su organska otapala iz koraka h) odabrana iz sljedeće skupine: etanol, metanol, izopropanol, n-propanol, dioksan, acetonitiril, aceton i/ili njihove smjese.
8. Postupak miješanja HYADD s HBC pripravljen postupkom koji obuhvaća sljedeće korake: a) otapanje diepoksida BDDE u alkalnoj otopini u stehiometrijskom omjeru od 2.5 do 25 molarnih % ponavljajućih jedinica hialuronske kiseline, nakon čega slijedi b) disperzija HA u otopini navedenoj u koraku a) pri sobnoj temperaturi, c) poticanje reakcije aktiviranjem toplinom otopine navedene u koraku b), zagrijavajući je pri temperaturi između 35 i 55 °C tijekom 2 do 36 sati, d) korekcija pH do neutralnog vodenom otopinom HCl, e) hidratiranje gela dobivenog razrijeđivanjem vodom od 3 do 20 puta, naznačen time da postupak miješanja obuhvaća sljedeće korake: f) miješanje gela ili praška HYADD s HBC u obliku gela omjera HYADD:HBC između 90:10 i 10:90, g) usitnjavanje i homogeniziranje prolaskom kroz filter s koeficijentom retencije veličine čestica između 25 i 150 µm, h) punjenje injekcije, i) sterilizacija zagrijavanjem zasićenom parom pri temperaturi između 120 i 124 °C najmanje 10 minuta.
9. Postupak kako je prijavljen u patentnom zahtjevu 5 ili 6, naznačen time da HA koja se koristi za pripravu derivata HBC i HYADD ima srednju molekulsku masu između 400 i 3×106 Da.
10. Postupak kako je prijavljen u patentnom zahtjevu 9, naznačen time da HA ima srednju molekulsku masu između 1×105 Da i 1×106 Da.
11. Postupak kako je prijavljen u patentnom zahtjevu 9, naznačen time da HA ima srednju molekulsku masu između 200000 i 1×106 Da.
12. Biomaterijali kako su prijavljeni u prethodnim patentnim zahtjevima, naznačeni time da vezikul jest otopina soli.
13. Biomaterijali kako su prijavljeni u prethodnim patentnim zahtjevima, naznačeni time da sadrže lidokain.
14. Biomaterijali kako su prijavljeni u patentnim zahtjevima 12 i 13 koji sadrže lidokain, naznačeni time da vezikul sadrži otopinu soli.
15. Biomaterijali kako su prijavljeni u prethodnim patentnim zahtjevima, naznačeni time da se koriste kao nova punila i/ili novi produkti za oblikovanje tijela, u tretmanu mrlja na koži, u dermatologiji, u dermokozmetologiji i/ili estetskoj kirurgiji.
