Claims (17)
1. Kompozitni željeznički prag (1; 50; 100) koji sadrži:
- vanjsku ovojnicu (2; 51; 101) načinjenu od kompozitnog plastičnog materijala;
- oblikovanu strukturalnu jezgru (3; 52; 102), načinjenu od materijala koji sadrži barem beton sadržan unutar navedenog vanjskog sloja (2; 51; 510; 101),
naznačen time što navedeni vanjski sloj (2; 51; 510; 101) u gornjem vanjskom dijelu čini (2a; 51a; 101a) dvije različite i suprotne skupine žljebova (4; 53) prikladne za prihvat kutnih vodećih ploča (G) koje su dio prethodno sastavljenog elastičnog sustava za učvršćivanje (64) za spajanje dviju odnosnih tračnica (R) s navedenim željezničkim pragom (1; 50; 100).
2. Kompozitni željeznički prag (1; 50; 100) sukladno Zahtjevu 1) naznačen time što su navedene različite i nasuprotne skupine žljebova (4; 53) simetrično organizirane u odnosu na transverzalnu os simetrije (Y) navedene vanjske ovojnice (2; 51; 101).
3. Kompozitni željeznički prag (1; 50; 100) sukladno Zahtjevu 1) ili 2) naznačen time što navedeni kompozitni plastični materijal sadrži recikliranu plastiku i/ili recikliranu gumu.
4. Kompozitni željeznički prag (1; 50; 100) sukladno Zahtjevu 3) naznačen time što navedena reciklirana guma uključuje fragmente, izlizana vlakna, granule ili slično nastalo rezanjem guma kojima je istekao rok trajanja (EoLT).
5. Kompozitni željeznički prag (50; 100) sukladno bilo kojem od prethodnih Zahtjeva, naznačen time što navedeni materijal navedene strukturalne jezgre (52; 102) sadrži čelik, u obliku naglašenog ojačanja (60), smještenog u navedeni beton, i svijenog dijela za zadržavanje i podršku (59) na koji su navedena naglašena ojačanja (60) zavarena.
6. Kompozitni željeznički prag (50; 100) sukladno bilo kojem od prethodnih Zahtjeva, naznačen time što navedeni materijal navedene oblikovane strukturalne jezgre (52; 102) sadrži mješavinu plastičnog materijala i reciklirane gume, u obliku para kompozitno bolikovanih blokova (55, 56; 105, 106) smještenih u navedeni beton i povezanih pomoću jedne ili više čeličnih šipaka (57) smještenih u navedeni beton.
7. Kompozitni željeznički prag (50; 100) sukladno Zahtjevu 6) kada je ovisno o Zahtjevu 5) naznačen time što svaki od navedenih naglašenih elemenata za ojačavanje (60) predstavlja u skladu s barem jednim rubom stranice vodeći zub (62) koji pristaje u kanal vertikale (63) načinjene u barem jednoj od suprotnih strana svakog od navedenih kompozitno oblikovanih blokova (55, 56; 105, 106).
8. Kompozitni željeznički prag (50; 100) sukladno bilo kojem od prethodnih Zahtjeva naznačen time što sadrži metalnu otpornu ploču (58; 108) stabilno spojenu iznad navedene oblikovane strukturalne jezgre (52; 101) i sadržanu unutar navedenog vanjskog sloja (51; 101).
9. Kompozitni željeznički prag (50; 100) sukladno Zahtjevu 8) kada je ovisno o Zahtjevu 5) naznačen time što navedeno metalno ojačanje (58; 108) predstavlja više utora (65) prikladnih za propuštanje navedenog betona kada je unesen u navedenu svinutu ploču za zadržavanje i potporu (59).
10. Kompozitni željeznički prag (50; 100) sukladno bilo kojem od prethodnih Zahtjeva naznačen time što svaka od bočnih strana navedenog vanjskog omotača (51; 510; 101) predstavlja oblik "S" (51’) a niži dio (51b; 510b; 101b) Kompozitni željeznički prag navedenog vanjskog sloja predstavlja mrežu (51prikladnu da poveća i poboljša interakciju između balasta i navedenog željezničkog praga (50; 100), pridonoseći povećanju čvrstoće bočnog pomicanja pruge tijekom prolaska vlaka.
11. Kompozitni željeznički prag (1; 50; 100) sukladno bilo kojem od prethodnih Zahtjeva, naznačen time što je navedeni vanjski sloj (2; 51;101) složeno tijelo, koje sadrži gornji dio (5; 70) i donji dio (6; 71) spojene pomoću sustava poluga (7; 72) i ljepila visoke snage.
12. Kompozitni željeznički prag (50) sukladno bilo kojem od prethodnih Zahtjeva, naznačen time što je navedena vanjska ovojnica (510) jedinstveno tijelo prikladno za osiguravanje jednolikog prekrivanja bez spojeva.
13. Kompozitni željeznički prag (1; 50; 100) sukladno Zahtjevu 11) naznačen time što sadrži sustav piezoelektričnog tipa (103) spojen s navedenom oblikovanom strukturalnom jezgrom (102) i u izravnom kontaktu s unutarnjom površinom, neposredno ispod navedene tračnice, navedenog vanjskog omotača (101), prikladnog za pokretanje pritiskom na navedeni kompozitni željeznički prag (1; 50; 100) prolazom vlaka po tračnicama kako bi se proizvela električna energija i prenijela putem kablova (111) do vanjskog akumulatora, čineći je dostupnom na mreži.
14. Kompozitni željeznički prag (1; 50; 100) sukladno Zahtjevu 13) kada je Zahtjev 11) ovisan o Zahtjevu 6) naznačen time što navedeni piezoelektrični sustav (103) sadrži električni kontakt (110) smješten u šupljinu (107) načinjenu barem na gornjem dijelu (105a; 106a) barem jednog od navedenih kompozitno oblikovanih blokova (55, 56; 105, 106).
15. Kompozitni željeznički prag (1; 50) sukladno bilo kojem od prethodnih Zahtjeva naznačen time što sadrži satelitski sustav prijenosa podataka (115) spojen s navedenim vanjskim omotačem (2; 51; 101) i prikladan za pokretanje pritiskom na navedeni kompozitni željeznički prag (1; 50; 100) prolazom vlaka prugom i prijenosom u realnom vremenu barem sljedećih podataka: brzina vlaka, duljina, broj vagona, uvjeti na pruzi, udaljenost između dva uzastopna vlaka i udaljenosti između dva suprotna vlaka.
16. Kompozitni željeznički prag (1; 50; 100) sukladno Zahtjevu 15), naznačen time što je navedeni sustav prijenosa podataka (115) integriran u ploču ispod tračnica (114) smještenu u prostor (113) načinjen na gornjoj površini (2a; 51a; 101a) navedenog vanjskog sloja (2; 51; 101) i povezanim s vanjskim prijenosnikom signala putem žičanog kabla.
17. Željeznička pruga koja sadrži:
- par tračnica (R) paralelne i odvojene pomoću prethodno učvršćenog mjerača;
- više kompozitnih željezničkih pragova (1; 50; 100), postavljenih pretežno između navedenih tračnica jedan iza drugoga i međusobno razmaknuti na takav način da određuju linearni smjer međusobno paralelno i upućuju smjer definiran navedenim tračnicama i prikladan za smještanje superiorno blizu podlozi, svaki od navedenih kompozitnih željezničkih pragova (1; 50; 100) uključuje:
• vanjski omotač (2; 51; 101) načinjen od kompozitnog plastičnog materijala;
• oblikovanu strukturalnu jezgru (3; 52; 102), načinjenu od materijala koji sadrži barem beton sadržan unutar navedenog vanjskog omotača (2; 51; 101);
- prethodno složeni sustav učvršćivanja elastičnog tipa (64) koji spaja svaku od navedenih tračnica s navedenim željezničkim pragom (1; 50; 100), naznačena time što navedeni vanjski omotač (2; 51; 101) u gornjem vanjskom dijelu predstavlja (2a; 51a; 101a) dvije različite i suprotne skupine žljebova (4; 53) koji prihvaćaju kutne vodeće ploče (G) navedenih prethodno složenih sustava učvršćivanja (64).
