Postupak suzbijanja i kontrole štetočina, koji obuhvaća primjenu na štetočine, na lokus štetočina, ili na biljku osjetljivu na napad štetočina pesticidnog pripravka prema zahtjevu 8, s izuzetkom postupka liječenja ljudskog ili životinjskog tijela kirurškim zahvatom ili liječenja i dijagnostičkih postupaka koji se primjenjuju na ljudskom ili životinjskom tijelu.
