本发明增效型抗倒酯可溶性液剂,按重量百分比包括:抗倒酯1%~30%,增效剂1~20%,表面活性剂5%~15%,溶剂余量。本发明增效型抗倒酯可溶性液剂能大大提高抗倒伏率,减少对人畜的伤害,同时降低对环境的污染。

增效型抗倒酯可溶性液剂
技术领域:
本发明属于植物生长调节剂领域,特别涉及的是一种可应用于黑麦草、水稻、冬油菜等的抗倒伏的增效型抗倒酯可溶性液剂。
背景技术:
抗倒酯属环己烷羧酸类植物生长调节剂。属于赤霉酸合成抑制剂,施于叶部,可转移到生长的枝条上,减少节间的伸长。在禾谷类作物、甘蔗、油菜、蓖麻、水稻、向日葵和黑麦草上施用,可以明显抑制生长。在禾谷类作物、冬油菜苗后施用可以防止倒伏和改善收获率。
烯效唑属于三唑类植物生长调节剂,可经由植物的根、茎、叶、种子吸收,然后经木质部传导到各部位的分生组织中。主要生理作用是抑制细胞伸长,缩短节间,促进分蘖,抑制株高,改变光和产物分配方向,促进花芽分化和果实的生长;还可增加叶表皮蜡质,促进气孔关闭,提高抗逆能力。
抗倒酯和烯效唑都是赤霉素生物合成抑制剂。通过降低赤霉酸的含量,来控制作物旺长。目前抗倒酯和烯效唑在作物上都是单独使用,制剂也是単剂,制剂类型多为乳油,使用了大量的甲苯、二甲苯、苯和难分解的极性有机溶剂等,对人体和环境伤害较大的溶剂。在实际应用中,抗倒酯单剂具有前期效果不明显,但持效性长,而烯效唑持效性短,但前期在靶标作物上的速效性比较强。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是为了克服以上不足,提供一种能大大提高抗倒伏率,减少对人畜的伤害,同时降低对环境的污染的增效型抗倒酯可溶性液剂。
本发明的目的是这样来实现的:
本发明中增效型抗倒酯可溶性液剂,按重量百分比包括以下组分:
抗倒酯 1%~30%,
增效剂: 1~20%,
表面活性剂 5%~15%,
溶剂 余量。
上述的增效型抗倒酯可溶性液剂,按重量百分比包括以下组分:
抗倒酯 5%~25%,
增效剂 1~10%,
表面活性剂 10%~15%,
溶剂 余量。
上述的增效剂为烯效唑。
上述的表面活性剂为吐温-20、吐温-80、平平加0-25、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、渗透剂T( 琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠)、渗透剂JFC( 脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚)、十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基磺酸钠中的至少一种。
上述的溶剂为丙二醇、乙醇、乙二醇、丙三醇中的至少一种。
本发明增效型抗倒酯可溶性液剂的制备过程为:按比例配料,使用溶剂将抗倒酯和增效剂溶解,待溶解完全后,再加入表面活性剂,待表面活性剂溶解完全后即得成品。
本发明增效型抗倒酯可溶性液剂可以有效矮化黑麦草,能大大提高抗倒伏率,同时使用环保溶剂、减小了对人畜的伤害,降低对环境的污染。
具体实施方案
实施例1:
本实施例1增强型抗倒酯可溶性液剂,按重量百分比包括:15%抗倒酯、5%烯效唑、2%吐温-80、5%平平加0-25、 5%渗透剂JFC、余量乙二醇。
实施例2:
本实施例2增强型抗倒酯可溶性液剂,按重量百分比包括:22%抗倒酯、3%烯效唑、5%吐温-20、10%渗透剂T 、余量丙二醇。
实施例3:
本实施例3增强型抗倒酯可溶性液剂,按重量百分比包括:12%抗倒酯、1%烯效唑、10%月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、余量乙醇。
实施例4:
本实施例4增强型抗倒酯可溶性液剂,按重量百分比包括:20%抗倒酯、5%烯效唑、8%渗透剂JFC、3吐温-20、10%丙三醇、余量乙醇。
实施例5:
本实施例5增强型抗倒酯可溶性液剂,按重量百分比包括:10%抗倒酯、3%烯效唑、2%十二烷基硫酸钠、8%吐温-80、10%丙二醇、余量乙醇。
实施例6:
本实施例6增强型抗倒酯可溶性液剂,按重量百分比包括:20%抗倒酯、3%烯效唑、5%月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、10%平平加0-25、余量乙醇。
实施例7:
本实施例7增强型抗倒酯可溶性液剂,按重量百分比包括:25%抗倒酯、5%烯效唑、5%渗透剂JFC、2%十二烷基磺酸钠、5%吐温-80、5%丙三醇、5%乙二醇、余量乙醇。
实施例8:
本实施例8增强型抗倒酯可溶性液剂,按重量百分比包括:15%抗倒酯、2%烯效唑、10%渗透剂T、余量乙醇。
实施例9:
本实施例9增强型抗倒酯可溶性液剂,按重量百分比包括:12%抗倒酯、8%烯效唑、10%平平加0-25、5%吐温-20、余量乙醇。
实施例10:
本实施例10增强型抗倒酯可溶性液剂,按重量百分比包括:8%抗倒酯、2%烯效唑、10%平平加0-25、余量乙醇。
应用实例:
将上述实施例3所制得的增效型抗倒酯可溶性液剂,与市售的25%的抗倒酯乳油和11.3%的抗倒酯可溶性液剂在黑麦草上进行对比试验。试验分别在四川省成都市双流区牧马山试验基地和四川省成都市新都区农业试验基地,进行试验。试验采用随机区组设计,每个小区面积为3mx4m,重复三次,于拔节期喷药,喷施自来水作为空白测试,分别对比10天、25天和45天的株高。
试验结果:
1.在成都市双流区牧马山试验基地内不同抗倒酯剂型对黑麦草株高、倒伏率的影响(见表1)。
2.在成都市新都区农业试验基地内不同抗倒酯剂型对黑麦草株高、倒伏率的影响(见表2)
从表1和表2中可以看出,增效型抗倒酯可溶性液剂与市售的25%抗倒酯乳油和11.3%抗倒酯可溶性液剂相比,在降低株高和倒伏率上有了一定的提高。

1.增效型抗倒酯可溶性液剂,按重量百分比包括以下组分:
抗倒酯 1%~30%,
增效剂 1~20%,
表面活性剂 5%~15%,
溶剂 余量,
上述的增效剂为烯效唑,
上述的表面活性剂为吐温-20、吐温-80、平平加0-25、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、渗透剂T、渗透剂JFC、十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基磺酸钠中的至少一种,
上述的溶剂为丙二醇、乙醇、乙二醇、丙三醇中的至少一种。
2.如权利要求1所述的增效型抗倒酯可溶性液剂,其特征在于按重量百分比包括以下组分:
抗倒酯 5%~25%,
增效剂 1~10%,
表面活性剂 10%~15%,
溶剂 余量。
