Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a microcápsulas con biocida para su incorporación en recubrimentos como pinturas o similares repelentes y/o insecticidas, caracterizadas por comprender como ingrediente activo (biocida) un carbamato solo o combinado con un piretroide como deltametrina; en donde dichas microcápsulas estás diseñadas para una mayor estabilidad y una liberación prolongada del ingrediente activo; en donde dichas microcápsulas se producen por un método seleccionado de un método de inclusión usando ß - ciclodextrina o dextrina-chitosan-melamina, un método de coacervación simple, un método de coacervación compleja, y un método de microencapsulación de melanina-chitosan; y en donde se agregan al recubrimiento en una cantidad que va de 1% a 6% en peso de recubrimiento, de 1% a 25% en peso de recubrimiento, de 1% a 50% en peso de recubrimiento, o de 2% a 37% en peso de recubrimiento.
