Naprava koja se sastoji od zaporne kapice (3) i spremnika (2) u obliku umetka za odvojeno pohranjivanje aktivne tvari i farmakološki podnošljive tekućine, pri čemu zaporna kapica (3) ima nastavak (7), koji tijekom natiskivanja zaporne kapice (3) na vrat spremnika (2) uranja u spremnik i potiskuje dio sadržaja spremnika, kroz zapornu kapicu (3) prolazi vodeća cijev (16) za provođenje kapilare ili male cjevčice (15), koja dopire sve do komore (17), koja je čvrsto spojena s nastavkom (7) ili je u njega integrirana i ima najmanje jedan otvor, naznačena time, da je komora (17) čvrsto zatvorena s pomičnim klipom (21) i vodeća cijev (16) ide sve doklipa (21).
