On utilise pour un dispositif de mémoires à semiconducteurs un circuit de transmission de données avec un faible temps d'accès aux données et une densité d'intégration élevée. Un préamplificateur de connexion de lignes d'entrée/sortie serpentées (35, 36) avec des lignes d'entrée/sortie de données (37, 38) amplifiant le faible potentiel des lignes de bit (31, 32) est monté dans la zone de câblage de la plaquette en permettant ainsi une densité d'intégration élevée.
