Abstract

L'invention concerne les moteurs à explosion. Elle a pour objet un dispositif variateur de calage de la distribution. L'extrémité de l'arbre à cames 3 est couplé à son pignon d'entraînement il par un piston annulaire 12 dont le coulissement axial fait varier son calage angulaire par rapport au pignon Il. Ce piston, doté d'un ressort de rappel 17, est déplacé en fonction du régime de rotation du moteur par un flux d'huile sous pression commandé par une valve à tiroir dont l'obturateur 27 est relié à une masselotte centrifuge 28. Application aux moteurs à explosion pour véhicules automobiles.
