Claims (17)

1. Förfarande för framställning av orienterade komposit-polyesterfilmer med bättre häftning vid olika finishytor, vilka filmer bestär av en kristallin eller halvkristallin polyesterstödfilm (A), och ätminstone pä ena sidan av denna ett enhetligt primärt häftskikt (B), som är baserat pä en kopolyester med oxisulfonylgrupper, varvid nämnda skikt sprids medelst koextrusion, kännetecknat av att det primära häftskiktet framställs medelst en binärkomposi-tion, som innehäller: a) kristalliserbar polyester i

Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känneteck-n a t av att den kristallina, halvkristallina eller kris-talliserbara polyestern, som användes för bildande av skik-tet (A) och binärkompositionens komponent (a) är en tere- ftalsyrahomopolyester eller -kopolyester innehällande ät-minstone 80 mol-% tereftalatenheter.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 2, känneteck-n a t av att den kristallina, halvkristallina eller kris-talliserbara polyestern, som användes för bildande av skik-tet (A) och binärkompositionens komponent (a) är polyetylen-tereftalat (ett polytereftaiat av etylenglykol).
4. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-3, kän- n e t e c k n a t av att binärkompositionens komponent (h) är en kopolyester, vars flera oxisulfonylgrupper har den allmänna formeln: (S03)„M (I)

Γ - (SO3 )nM p (II) L där i: - n är 1 eller 2 - M är en väteatom, en alkalimetall, en alkalisk jordarts-metall, en ammoniumkatjon eller en kvaternär ammoniumkatjon - Z är en flervärd aromatisk radikal - X och Y är hydroxylradikaler eller derivat därav; estrar av lägre alifatiska alkoholer eller syrahalogenider (klo-rider, bromider) - p är heltalet 1 eller 2.

9. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 8, känneteck-n a t av att antalet ur isoftalsyra härledda enheter i den sulfonerade kopolyestern kan uppgä till· 70 % av det hela antalet tereftalat- och isoftalatenheter.
10. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-9, k ä n -netecknat av att den som binärkompositionens komponent (b) använda sulfonerade kopolyestern har flera enheter, som härledds ur etylenglykol och/eller oligomerer därav med en molekylvikt under 600.
11. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 10, kannet, eck-n a t av att hai.ten i den sulfonerade kopolyestern av en- so H 7 5 5 0 heter härledda ur etylenglykololigomererna är mellan 2 och 30 vikt-%.
12. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-11, k ä n -netecknat av att binärkompositionen innehäller mellan 20 och 80 vikt-% sulfonerad kopolyester (b) och mellan 80 och 20 vikt-% av kristallin, halvkristallin eller kris-talliserbar polyester.
13. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-12, k ä n -netecknat av att den kristalliserbara polyestern i ett första slitsmunstycke koextruderas tili en amorf film (A) och samtidigt koextruderas i ätminstone ett annat mun-stycke, parallellt med det första munstycket, en binärkompo-sition (a) (b) tili ätminstone en film (B) pä ätminstone ena sidan av filmen (A), varefter filmerna nedkyles, hetdrages och värmefixeras pä i och för sig känt sätt.
14. Orienterade kompositpolyesterfilmer, som bättre än tidigare haftar vid olika finishbeläggningar, vilka filmer : - bestär av en kristallin eller halvkristallin polyesterstöd- film (A), och ätminstone pä ena sidan av denna ett enhetligt primärt häftskikt (B), som baserar sig pä en kopolyester med oxisulfonylgrupper, kännetecknade av att skik-tet (B) bestär av en binärkomposition innehällande: a) kristallin eller halvkristallin polyester 51 -7.-,0 b) en kopolyester, som innehäller flera oxisulfonylgrupper, där antalet merer med oxisulfonylgrupper uttryckta i förhäl-landet till 100 likartade merer är mellan 3 och 20, varvid förhällande mellan komponenterna (a) och (b) i blandningen är sädant, att antalet merer med oxisulfonylgrupper i för-hällande till det totala antalet merer i blandningen utgör mellan 2 och 15 %.
15. Orienterade kompositpolyesterfilmer enligt patentkravet 14, vilka bättre än tidigare häftar vid olika finishbelägg-ningar, kännetecknade av att filmens totala tjocklek varierar mellan 5 och 300 pm och filmens (filmer-nas) (B) tjocklek är mellan 0,3 och 10 pm.
16. Orienterade kompositpolyesterfilmer enligt patentkravet 14, som bättre än tidigare häftar vid olika finishbeläggnin-gar, kännetecknade av att filmens totala tjocklek överstiger 40 pm och att binärkompositionen bestäende av filmen eller filmerna (B), innehäller 3 % eller mera merer med oxisulfonylgrupper i förhällande till det totala antalet - ; likartade merer i blandningen.
17. Orienterade kompositpolyesterfilmer enligt nägot av patentkraven 14-16, som bättre än tidigare häftar vid olika finishbeläggningar, kännetecknade av att finishbeläggningen tillhör en grupp bestäende av dia/.o-, malt - och t ryckbel äggn i nga r .
