Claims (8)

1. Kontinuerligt förfarande för framställning av zeolit-A med konstant och homogen kvalitet, väri minst 90 % av produkten har en granulometrisk fördelning mellan 1-5 ,um, genom kontinuerlig blandning vid en temperatur av 40-90 C av en natriumsilikatlös-ning, som innehäller ett litet överskott av natriumoxid och väri molförhällandet SiC>2/Na20 är större än eller lika med 2,8, inne-hällande ca 45-105 g/1 NaOH och ca 120-350 g/1 Si02, och en nat-riumaluminatlösning, som innehäller ett överskott av natriumoxid, dvs. ca 80-110 g/1 NaOH och ca 50-65 g/1 A^O^, varefter den ut-fällda zeoliten och den erhällna vätskan förs kontinuerligt tili kristallisationsbäcken, kännetecknat av att blandningen av reagenserna utförs mycket snabbt genom att införa dessa i en blandningszon som alstras av en turbin som roterar mellan dess skivor, varvid skivornas konkava sida är vänd mot turbinen och omröringen fortsätts tills kristallisationen är fullständig och i kristallisationsvätskan upprätthälls en koncentration av ca 26-135 g/1 NaOH och ca 2-10 g/1 Al203, varefter zeoliten-A av-skiljs ur moderluten.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1,kännetecknat av att den ur kristallisationen erhällna moderluten med lag hait av aluminiumoxid, returneras tili cirkulationen efter koncentre-ring genom indunstning och tillsats av sädana mängder natriumoxid och aluminiumoxid däri, att de kompenserar den vid bild-ningen av zeolit-A utfällda natriumoxiden och aluminiumoxiden. 1 Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat av att aluminatlösningen tages frän en fabrik för framställning av aluminiumoxid och returneras dit efter användningen.
