Claims (6)

1. Förfarande för framställning av ett icke-kariogent hydrerat stärkelsehydro-lysat, som innehaller mindre än 3 vikt-% polyoler, vilkas polymerisationsgrad är över 20, mindre än 60 vikt-% maltitol (polymerisationsgrad 2) och mindre än 19 vikt-% sorbitol (polymerisationsgrad 1), varvid resten ända tili 100 % bildas av polyoler, vilkas polymerisationsgrad är 3-20, känneteck-n a t därav, att efter varandra - utgangsstärkelsen utsätts för en sur eller enzymatisk hydrolys ända tili dextrosekvivalenten 10-35 , - det salunda erhällna förhydrolysatet utsätts för en enzymatisk behandling, tili vilken hör en behandling med betaamylas och eventuellt med alfaamylas och med ett amylopektinets bindnlngar (1-6) hydrolyserande enzym, varvid enzy-met används pl sädana villkor, att det slutliga hydrolysatets dextrosekvivalent bringas tili värdet 45-53, - det salunda erhillna hydrolysatet, vars dextrosekvivalent är 45-53, hydreras.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att efter varandra - ucgingsstärkelsen utsätts för en sur hydrolys ända tili dextrosekvivalenten 27-35, - det sälunda erhällna förhydrolysatet utsätts för en enzymatisk behandling med betaamylas, varvid enzymet används pä sädana villkor, att det slutliga hydrolysatets dextrosekvivalent bringas tili värdet 45-53, - det sälunda erhallna hydrolysatet, vars dextrosekvivalent är 45-53, hydreras.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att efter varandra - uthängsstärkelsen utsätts för en sur eller enzymatisk hydrolys ända tili dextrosekvivalenten 10-27,
