Claims (9)
1. Förfarande att användas vid framställning av en laktosfattig eller laktosfri mjölkprodukt, k ä n n e t e c k n a t av att det omfattar steg, i vilka a) mjölken ultrafiltreras, 5 b) ett frän ultrafiltreringen erhället ultrafiltreringspermeat (UF-per- meat) nanofiltreras, c) ett i punkt b) erhället nanofiltreringspermeat (NF-permeat) kon-centreras genom omvänd osmos, d) ett i punkt c) erhället omvändosmosretentat (RO-retentat) an-10 vänds som ett sait som skall tillsättas i ultrafiltreringsretentatet (UF-retentatet).
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att förut-om RO-retentatet tillsätts i UF-retentatet övrigt sait.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 2, k ä n n e t e c k n a t av att det öv-riga saltet är vasslesalt. 15
4. Förfarande enligt nägot av de föregäende patentkraven, kän- netecknat av att mjölkprodukten hydrolyseras med hjälp av laktas.
5. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 4, kännetecknat av att hydro-lyseringen räcker 1 - 36 timmar.
6. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 4 eller 5, kännetecknat av att 20 hydrolyseringen utförs vid en temperatur pä 5 - 70 °C.
7. Förfarande enligt nägot av de föregäende patentkraven, k ä n -netecknatavatt före ultrafiltreringen standardiseras mjölken tili önskad !. fetthalt och pastöriseras.
