Claims (11)

1. Fettfri lägenergimjölkdryck som innehaller rikligt med kalcium och saknar stabiliseringsämnen, kännetecknad avatt den innehaller en lag- 5 energimjölkbas, som bestär av fettfri mjölk eller en vassleproteinlösning eller blandningar av dessa och frän vilken kolhydraterna har avlägsnats antingen helt eller delvis, och tillsatt lösligt kalcium, varvid mängden kalcium är 180-240 mg/100 g mjölkdryck.
2. Mjölkdryck enligt patentkrav 1,kännetecknad avatt mjölk-10 basen bestär av 100-10 % fettfri mjölk och 0-90 % vassleproteinlösning, före- trädesvis 70-50 % fettfri mjölk och 30-50 % vassleproteinlösning.
3. Mjölkdryck enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, k ä n n e t e c k n a d av att kolhydraterna är delvis avlägsnade, varvid mängden av dem i den slutliga pro-dukten är högst 1,7 g/100 g.
4. Mjölkdryck enligt patentkrav 3, k ä n n e t e c k n a d av att de äterstäende kolhydraterna har hydrolyserats.
5. Mjölkdryck enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-4, kännetecknad av att den innehaller fett under 0,5 g/100 g mjölkdryck.
6. Mjölkdryck enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-5, kännetecknad 20 av att dess energiinnehäll är högst 20 kcal/100 g.
7. Mjölkdryck enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-6, kännetecknad av att den dessutom innehaller lösligt fiber högst 3 g/100 g mjölkdryck, företrä-desvis 1,5 g/100 g mjölkdryck.
8. Mjölkdryck enligt patentkrav 7, k ä n n e t e c k n a d av att fibern 25 är polydextros.
9. Mjölkdryck enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-8, kännetecknad av att den dessutom innehäller D-vitamin 0,1-1 pg/100 g mjölkdryck, företrä-desvis 0,5 pg/100 g mjölkdryck.
10. Förfarande för framställning av en mjölkdryck enligt nägot av pa-30 tentkraven 1-9, varvid - fettfri mjölk eller en vassleproteinlösning eller en blandning av dessa ultrafiltreras eller alternativt evaporeras och kromatograferas för att avlägs-na kolhydraterna eller minska mängden av dem, - eventuellt äterstäende kolhydrater hydrolyseras om sä önskas, - fiber och D-vitamin samt eventueila andra tillsatsämnen, säsom vatien, sait, sötningsmedel, arom och övriga vitaminer tillsätts, känne-t e c k n a t av att - den erhallna blandningen pastöriseras, högpastöriseras eller ultra- 5 pastöriseras vid 72-145 °C, - blandningen homogeniseras och - i blandningen tillsätts kalcium.
11. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 10, k ä n n e t e c k n a t av att fett-fri mjölk eller en vassleproteinlösning eller en blandning av dessa evaporeras 10 tili en fastsubstanshalt pä cirka 10-70 %, företrädesvis cirka 20-50 %, heist cir-ka 30-40 %.
