Claims (21)
1. Proteinhydrolyserad laktosfattig mjölkprodukt, vars proteiners förhällande till kolhydrater är i omrädet av cirka 0,5-5 enligt vikt, företrädesvis cirka 0,5-3.
2. Proteinhydrolyserad mjölkprodukt enligt patentkrav 1, vari protei- nernas ooh kolhydraternas förhällande är cirka 1.
3. Proteinhydrolyserad mjölkprodukt enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, vari graden av proteinhydrolys är ätminstone 60 mg tyrosin/liter proteinhydrolyserad mjölkprodukt.
4. Proteinhydrolyserad mjölkprodukt enligt nägot av de föregäende patentkraven, vari proteinernas förhällande till aska är i omrädet av 3-9 enligt vikt, företrädesvis 3,5-7,5 enligt vikt.
5. Proteinhydrolyserad mjölkprodukt enligt nägot av de föregäende patentkraven, vari protein:kolhydrat:aska-förhällandet är cirka 1,12:1:0,26.

Förfarande enligt patentkrav 12, väri: 10 a) mjölkräämnet utsätts för ultrafiltrering för att producera ett ultrafil- treringsretentat och ett ultrafiltreringspermeat, b) ultrafiltreringspermeatet utsätts för nanofiltrering för att producera ett nanofiltreringspermeat och ett nanofiltreringsretentat, c) nanofiltreringspermeatet aterförs tili ultrafiltreringsretentatet för att 15 producera en laktosfattig mjölkprodukt.
14. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 13, väri tillsätts mjölkens mineraler företrädesvis i den proteinhydrolyserade mjölkprodukten eller ultrafiltreringsretentatet.

Förfarande enligt patentkrav 12, väri: 20 a) mjölkräämnet utsätts för ultrafiltrering för att producera ett ultrafil- treringsretentat och ett ultrafiltreringspermeat, b) ultrafiltreringspermeatet utsätts för nanofiltrering för att producera ett nanofiltreringspermeat och ett nanofiltreringsretentat, c) nanofiltreringspermeatet koncentreras genom omvänd osmos 25 (RO) för att producera en RO-retentat och ett RO-permeat, d) RO-retentatet äterförs tili ultrafiltreringsretentatet för framställning o av en laktosfattig mjölkprodukt.
