Abstract
Un acero inoxidable ferrítico que comprende Una composición química que consiste, en % en masa: 0.003% a 0.025% de C; 0.05% a 1.00% de Si; 0.05% a 1.00% de Mn; 0.04% o menos de P; 0.01% o menos de S; 16.0% a 23.0% de Cr; 0.20% a 0.80% de Cu; 0.05% a 0.60% de Ni; 0.20% a 0.70% de Nb; 0.005% a 0.020% de N; opcionalmente, en % en masa, uno o más de: 0.05% a 0.20% de Mo; 0.01% a 0.15% de Al; 0.01% a 0.15% de Ti; 0.01% a 0.20% de V; 0.0003% a 0.0030% de Ca; y 0.0003% a 0.0030% de B y siendo el resto Fe e impurezas incidentales, en el que una capa enriquecida con nitrógeno está presente en una región que abarca una profundidad de 0.005 μm a 0.05 μm en la dirección de la profundidad desde la superficie del acero, que tiene un valor máximo de concentración de nitrógeno de 0.03% en masa a 0.30% en masa a una profundidad dentro de 0.05 μm de la superficie del acero, calculada midiendo la concentración de nitrógeno en el acero en una dirección de profundidad por espectroscopia de emisión óptica de descarga luminiscente, dividiendo un valor máximo para la concentración de nitrógeno a una profundidad dentro de 0.05 μm de la superficie del acero por un valor medido para la concentración de nitrógeno a una profundidad de 0.50 μm, y multiplicando el valor resultante por la concentración de nitrógeno del acero obtenida a través del análisis químico.
