Abstract
Una aleación austenítica que contiene cromo en donde al menos una superficie de las superficies de la aleación tiene una película de óxido de cromo continua con un grosor de 5 nm o más y menos de 50 nm y en donde la composición química del metal base de la aleación austenítica que contiene cromo consiste, en porcentaje en masa, C: 0,15% o menos, Si: 1,00% o menos, Mn: 0,1% o más y 2,0% o menos, P: 0,030% o menos, S: 0,030% o menos, Cr: de 10,0 a 40,0%, Ni: de 45,0 a 80,0%, Ti: 0,5% o menos, Cu: 0,6% o menos, Al: 0,5% o menos, y N: 0,20% o menos, siendo el resto Fe e impurezas.
