Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un acero para resortes de alta resistencia que tiene unas propiedades de laminación de alambrón excelentes, que consiste esencialmente de, en términos de % en masa: C: del 0,40 % al 0,65 %; Si: del 1,20 % al 2,80 %; Mn: del 0,30 % al 1,20 %; P: 0,020 % o menos; S: 0,020 % o menos; Cu: 0,40 % o menos; Ni: 0,80 % o menos; Cr: 0,70 % o menos; Ti: del 0,060 % al 0,140 %; Al: 0,10 % o menos; N: 0,010 % o menos; y 0: 0,0015 % o menos, y opcionalmente: B del 0,0005 % al 0,0050 % siendo el resto Fe e impurezas inevitables, en el que el contenido en términos de % en masa de los componentes químicos especificados cumple las siguientes expresiones (1) a (3) X1 = 0,14 x [Si] - 0,11 x [Mn] - 0,05 x [Cu] - 0,11 x [Ni] - 0,03 x [Cr] + 0,02 = 0,2 ...Expresión (1) X2 = (? -500) / ? = 3,0 ...Expresión (2) ? = 912 - 231 x [C] + 32 x [Si] - 20 x [Mn] - 40 x [Cu] - 18 x [Ni] - 15 x [Cr] ? = 10^ (0,322 - 0,538 x [C] + 0,018 x [Si] + 1,294 x [Mn] + 0,693 x[Cu] + 0,609 x [Ni] + 0,847 x [Cr]) X3 = 31 x [C] + 2,3 x [Si] + 2,3 x [Mn] + 1,25 x [Cu] + 2,68 x [Ni] + 3,57 x [Cr] - 6 x [Ti] = 24,0 ...Expresión (3).
