Abstract
Aparato para alinear hilos conductores (11a, 11b) que se extienden desde bobinas (11) colocadas en ranuras de un núcleo (10) de una máquina el 5 éctrica dinamo para unir los extremos (11'a, 11'b) de los hilos conductores por medio de una operación de soldadura, llevada a cabo por medios de soldadura (30) que comprende: un primer elemento (41) que tiene una pluralidad de pasos (40); un segundo elemento (42) que tiene una pluralidad de pasos (40'); estando el primer elemento (41) y el segundo elemento (42) montados adyacentes entre sí para alinear en pares de pasos (40) del primer elemento (41) con los pasos (40') del segundo elemento (42); cada par de pasos alineados (40,40') formando un solo paso capaz de recibir los extremos de al menos dos hilos conductores (11a, 11b); medios (41', 42', 46) para mover relativamente el primer elemento (41) con respecto al segundo elemento (42) en la dirección circunferencial (C) del núcleo (10) para provocar que los lados de los pasos (40, 40') acoplen y muevan los extremos (11a, 11b) de los hilos conductores en la dirección circunferencial (C); medios (61) para empujar en la dirección radial (R) del núcleo sobre tramos inclinados (I) de los hilos conductores para provocar que los extremos (11a, 11b) de los hilos conductores presentes en un solo paso para acoplarse entre sí en la dirección radial (R) y el extremo del hilo conductor más distante en la dirección radial (R) en el paso para acoplar los lados del paso en la dirección radial (R).
