Abstract

一种偶合式永磁电焊发电机，涉及永磁电焊发电机，包括环形排列的永磁转子，多个独立电焊绕组的定子，其特征在于：在定子槽内放置几个独立三相电焊绕组，每个独立电焊绕组对应转子上磁极为同一极性，转子对应的磁极相邻两边的永磁体的合成磁通只经过一个独立电焊绕组，与其它独立电焊绕组没有磁回路联系。独立三相电焊绕组可以多个独立的电焊绕组串联或经过各自独立的三相整流器变为直流电后并联。其优点是：一个定子铁芯可输出两个或多个独立电焊电源。

一种偶合式永磁电焊发电机
技术领域
目前野外使用的电焊机多数采用发电机带几个逆变电焊机同时工作或采用几个发电电焊机组工作。现有的电焊发电机的技术结构制成的两个或多个电焊机偶合在一个电焊发电机，其磁路在工作时互相影响，无法实现两个或多个电焊发电机同时工作，只能采用多机组工作，这样不仅增加了先期投入成本也增加了施工成本。
发明内容
本发明针对以上的问题进行研制，制成在一个电焊发电机上由一个转子和定子输出两个或多个电焊电源，且互不影响的一种偶合式永磁电焊发电机。
本发明包括环形排列的永磁转子，多个独立电焊绕组的定子，其特征在于：在定子槽内放置几个独立三相电焊绕组，每个独立电焊绕组对应转子上磁极为同一极性。转子对应的磁极相邻两边的永磁体的合成磁通只经过一个独立电焊绕组，与其它独立电焊绕组没有磁回路联系。
独立三相电焊绕组可以多个独立的电焊绕组串联或经过各自独立的三相整流器变为直流电后并联。其优点是：一个定子铁芯可输出两个或多个独立电焊电源。

具体实施方式
为方便说明，图1只显示12极6个独立的三相电焊绕组的其中一相。
图1所示：本发明包括环形排列的转子1、定子铁芯2、独立电焊绕组3、永磁体4、导磁体6，其特征在于：每个独立电焊绕组3跨绕一个极，每个独立电焊绕组3对应转子的极性相同。导磁体6相邻两边的永磁体的合成磁通5只穿过一个独立电焊绕组3，各独立电焊绕组之间没有磁回路联系，独立电焊绕组3也可以多个独立的电焊绕组串联或经过各自独立的三相整流器变为直流电后并联。

Claims (3)

1.一种偶合式永磁电焊发电机，包括环形排列的转子（1）、定子铁芯（2）、独立电焊绕组（3）、永磁体（4）、导磁体(6)，其特征在于：每个独立电焊绕组（3）跨绕一个极，每个独立电焊绕组（3）对应的转子极性相同,导磁体（6）相邻两边的永磁体的合成磁通（5）只穿过一个独立电焊绕组(3)，各独立电焊绕组(3)之间没有磁回路联系。
2.根据权利要求1所述的独立电焊绕组（3）其特征在于：定子铁芯（2）上可以有两个或多个。
3.根据权利要求1所述的独立电焊绕组（3）其特征在于：可以多个独立的电焊绕组串联或通过各自独立的整流器后并联。
