Abstract

永磁电焊发电机,包含截面为圆环形的定子和圆形转子,转子位于定子的内部,在定子上设置有四个三相绕组、转子圆周内均匀嵌有12条永磁体;即在每两块截面为E形导磁铁心之间嵌有一块永磁体;定子由12块横截面为E形导磁铁心单元开口向内均匀分布在圆环上,相邻E形导磁铁心单元的两个定子槽内绕制一个绕组,整个圆周的E形导磁铁心的定子槽内均匀放置四组独立三相绕组,定子上还设有测量转子位置的传感器。所述绕组是电焊或发电的绕组输出。可以电焊绕组串联或经过各自独立的三相整流器变为直流电后并联均可提供电焊机的电源。

一种永磁电焊与发电机双用设备
技术领域
本发明属于电焊与发电机制造的技术领域,尤其是转子永磁式电焊与发电机双用设备。
背景技术
虽然永磁同步发电机以其结构简单、运行可靠、体积小、重量轻、效率高和功率密度大等优势,在飞轮储能、各种高速机床主轴电机和密封泵类、离心机、压缩机、高速微型硬盘驱动装置等领域更具备实用化优势,被认为是最有应用前景的无轴承电机。
在施工场合需要内燃机驱动发电机作为电焊机使用的场合,尤其是多组电焊输出是产品的重要功能,现有产品未有此功能。
然而,已经出现的采用传统转子永磁式结构的电机与焊机。但现有的三种转子永磁型无刷电机中又以磁通切换式结构呈现出最为优越的性能。因此,本发明将在传统定子永磁型磁通切换电机基础之上,通过引进悬浮绕组,提出一种定子永磁型磁通切换无轴承电机。而且,为了避免悬浮绕组与电枢绕组之间发生电磁耦合,本发明电机的定子铁心采用“E”形导磁单元,转子与永磁体拼装,起到了电、磁、热的隔离作用,易于实现独立解耦控制与电焊机多组线圈输电的使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提出一种定子铁心采用E形导磁单元,转子与永磁体拼装的发电机与电焊机,起到电、磁隔离作用,易于实现独立解耦控制与电焊机多组线圈输电的使用。
本发明的技术方案是,永磁电焊发电机,其特征是包含截面为圆环形的定子和圆形转子,转子位于定子的内部,在定子上设置有四个三相绕组、转子圆周内均匀嵌有12条永磁体;即在每两块截面为E形导磁铁心之间嵌有一块永磁体;定子由12块横截面为E形导磁铁心单元开口向内均匀分布在圆环上,相邻E形导磁铁心单元的两个定子槽内绕制一个绕组,整个圆周的E形导磁铁心的定子槽内均匀放置四组独立三相绕组,定子上还设有测量转子位置的传感器。
即独立四个三相电焊绕组(A1、B1、C1、A2、B2、C2、A3、B3、C3、A4、B4、C4)绕在定子槽,所述绕组是电焊或发电的绕组输出。可以电焊绕组串联或经过各自独立的三相整流器变为直流电后并联均可提供电焊机电源。
本发明的有益效果,本发明电机的定子铁心采用“E”形导磁单元,转子与永磁体拼装,起到了电、磁的隔离作用,易于实现独立解耦控制与电焊机多组线圈输电的使用。实现了电路、磁路独立,具有较高的可靠性和带故障运行能力。当使用内燃机驱动发电机作为电焊机使用的场合,三组电焊输出是产品的重要功能,且每路工作均稳定,具有较强的过载能力。

具体实施方式
参见图1,本发明永磁电焊发电机包含定子1和转子6,转子6位于定子1的内部,在定子1上设置有四个三相绕组3、转子6内嵌有永磁条7,E形导磁铁心2、绕组3,传感器4、永磁体5,转子轴8。
定子铁心由12块横截面为E形导磁铁心单元开口向内均匀分布在圆环上,在每两块截面为E形导磁铁心之间嵌有一块导磁体,即相邻两个E形导磁铁心中间所夹永磁体5构成铁心齿;用硅钢片冲成“E”型定子冲片的槽内绕制绕组,绕组线圈:整个圆周的E形导磁铁心的定子槽内均匀放置四组独立三相电焊绕组,即独立四个三相电焊绕组(A1、B1、C1、A2、B2、C2、A3、B3、C3、A4、B4、C4)绕在定子槽,可以电焊绕组串联或经过各自独立的三相整流器变为直流电后并联均可提供电焊机电源。其中,每个绕组线圈横跨在由相邻两个E形导磁铁心和中间所永磁体铁心齿所组成的铁心单元两侧的定子槽中。定子上还设有测量转子位置的传感器。
用硅钢片冲成转子冲片,嵌入永磁体。即转子均匀环形嵌入并排列12个永磁芯的转子。本发明提供了独立三相绕组进行电焊输出的设备。

1.永磁电焊发电机,其特征是包含截面为圆环形的定子和圆形转子,转子位于定子的内部,在定子上设置有四个三相绕组、转子圆周内均匀嵌有12条永磁体;即在每两块截面为E形导磁铁心之间嵌有一块永磁体;定子由12块横截面为E形导磁铁心单元开口向内均匀分布在圆环上,相邻E形导磁铁心单元的两个定子槽内绕制一个绕组,整个圆周的E形导磁铁心的定子槽内均匀放置四组独立三相绕组,定子上还设有测量转子位置的传感器。
